Linear Newbie Routine - No gains
Hi everyone,
This is my first post, so I would like to say thank you to everyone for sharing their experiences and knowledge to help us all keep learning.
I started doing PE 2 or 3 years ago but stopped, then tried again but I must have overtrained as I had negative PI’s and stopped aswell. It has been over a year that I stopped, then I read about the Linear Newbie Routine and decided to give it a go.
It’s now 2 months in of the Linear Routine doing 2 days on and 1 off. I am warming up under the shower in hot water, or using a blower heater to heat the tissues, then doing 2 30second stretches each direction, 80 4 second jelqs, and 5 minute of edging before warming down.
I have experienced no gains so far though. I have been paying close attention to my PI’s which are positive, increased morning wood and EQ.
The only gain I see is 0,5 cm after the session if I reverse Kegel with an erection, but it goes down again.
Any idea of what I could do to start getting results?

My starting stats are BPEL 18,5 cm (7.1 inch) x MSG 14 cm (5.5 inch)
