Little blood flow after physical activity

Whenever I’m done lifting or after some other sort of physical activity, I feel little to no blood flow in my penis. It turtles up and I slightly lose sensitivity in that area. It takes a while for blood to really get back in there and I noticed that my PE workouts after lifting (no matter how much later) are the least effective. Has anyone experienced this?

That’s is the way your body is designed. Blood is directed to the parts that need it most, so if you are exercising it goes to your muscles. If you are having sex it goes to your cock.

I am just a little surprised at your recovery time after a workout. For sure, you should always do your PE after a workout, but after an hour or so rest, you should be up for a pretty good routine. Unless of course your exercise routine is so intense or lasts so long that you are just too pooped to PE. :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hmm. Well based on my performance today along with previous experiences it seems like my PE doesn’t go well afterwards.I’ll give it a few more tries but maybe try it tomorrow afternoon before lifting to see how it goes.

While I’m here I might as well ask another question. Lately I’ve picked PE back up after almost a year of inactivity. I noticed that when I ejaculate, my semen flows a lot faster and much more fluidly than before. I know this sounds a little strange but is this a positive sign of PE?

That might be due to a change in your diet. Maybe you’re drinking more water? Possibly it is a positive PE sign if you’ve been doing kegels. It shouldn’t be a problem though. I know exactly how you feel with the lifting, I usually take a really hot shower after and the blood seems to rush back. Good luck man!
