A little bit of my backstory:

I’ve always been interested in PE. Years ago (in my early 20s) I tried pills. Then I tried the manual stretching and jelqing exercises. Back then I was young, had a girlfriend, and wanted quick and easy ways to gain. The pills were a waste of money. Apparently in my early 20s the idea of just taking a daily pill and seeing inches of growth actually seemed plausible, but obviously that was not the case. Jelqing and stretching didn’t give me instant results and my use of them was inconsistent at best and very short lived. I was an active young adult and didn’t have the patience to put in any real effort but still expected results. Both endeavors were short lived and non effective.

Fast forward 15 plus years, add a wife, a couple kids, a career, and then COVID, and I found myself spending lots of time at home with the kids and browsing the web. I found myself back looking into penis enlargement. I came across several extenders, all of which peaked my interest. The downside: wearing them for 6-9 hours a day. With the work I do, that’s just not possible for me. So I thought that was a no go and I was back to square one, until I came across the Restore X. They promised scientific back results with only two 30 minutes sessions a day. Now that was a much more realistic time that I could manage. 3-4 times the price as some of these others, but I thought if I could even gain 1/2” and only wear this thing for 3 months for 60 minutes a day, it would be worth it. My penis (without pushing all the way in) was around 6”. Ok, maybe more like 5 3/4 without pushing in at all, but, you know, that’s the same as 6”.. Right? Anyway, I am a pretty short guy, and my wife is barely over 5’ tall. I don’t need a gigantic penis, for me or her. I’ve worked it out in my head that a 7” long penis with around 5.5” of girth would be my perfect penis. That 7” would be 7” without cramming the ruler into my pelvic bone to get it. But I decided that even if I ended up with a 6.5” penis (probably 7” or so to the bone) I would be satisfied with my purchase. So I pulled the trigger and got my brand new Restore X traction device in early October 2020.

I’m going on 130 days with the Restore X extender with very little gains (under .2”, most of which came within the first month and a half). I don’t have a lot of free time to read on here, but I search through various things when I can. I found mentions of using heat along with your routine, so I’ve incorporated that as much as I can over the last 25 days or so. My stretched length has continued to increase, especially after adding the heat, my flaccid length has continued to slowly increase, but my erect length has been virtually unchanged for nearly the last 100 days. My flaccid length is now beyond 4.5”. I did not measure that prior to starting, but I would guess that I have easily gained over 1” flaccid. My stretched length started at just over 6” and had increased to nearly 6 3/4” before I stopped seeing gains. After I added heat, I’m now up to roughy 7 1/4” stretched length and continue to notice gains. My original, pushed into the bone, length was 6 3/8”, my current is 6 1/2”. Girth has stayed almost unchanged with starting at 4 1/2” and currently 4 5/8”.

I’ve tried to stay positive and continue to use my extender, I’ve added time to the recommended twice daily for 30 minutes. After around 60 days I started trying to do 3 times a day. Now I usually run my sessions 45-60 minutes 2-3 times a day several days a week and the other days I try to get at least one 60 minute session and then 1-2 more 30 minute sessions. Sometimes time restraints keep me from always getting that much stretching in, but I always try to get at least the minimum 60 minute daily recommendation in. So this is my current story and journey. I am making my first thread in hopes of learning from others and finding advice and recommendations from those with similar experiences that were able to overcome the stalled/minimal gains that I am currently experiencing. I really felt like I was going to make some serious gains as I pretty quickly maxed out the smallest rods for the extender and then almost as quickly was nearly maxing out the second rods. Then, after adding heat, I’ve moved onto the third and longest set of rods and am still seeing gains on those. However, after that initial actual erect penis gains, all of my gains have essentially only been flaccid and stretched lengths. I’m wondering what I am missing here when I’ve gained over 1” stretched and flaccid, but my erect penis hasn’t budged in length for over 3 months now? I was going to start jelqing again, but that would mean I would need to cut back on using traction because I am essentially spending all of that available time with the extender on. So it’s either as much time possible with the extender or cut back time with that to make time for other exercises.

I started one similar to the newbie routine several weeks ago before I saw that routine, but only did it a few times because I was taking time away from using the extender to do it. I have this worry in the back of my head that if I take time away from traction to do something else, I will lose potential gains, and gains I’ve already had, from traction that I may not get from jelqing because of my unsuccessful limited experience with it years ago.
