looking for insight into this muscle
When I was in my 20s and 30s I could hang a towel on my boner and flex it up. I used to call them “dick ups”.
I’m in my 50s now and noticed whatever muscle that was is very weak. I’ve been working on kegels to strengthen it but I’m just not making progress. Also when I shoot a load, it just dribbles. It’s been about 8 years since it shot out and this muscle get weaker it seems. It got really bad after surgery for sciatica, so I’m fearing possible nerve damage, although I don’t think those nerves are involved (L5/S1).
My erections are great. I feel that PE has weakened the ligaments because I’m hanging longer than I did and I’m bigger than what I was. It just bothers me that I’m not shooting anymore and the muscles seems lax now. Anyone solve this and can help me?
