Looking to begin Hanging.Any tips would be appreciated
At this point in time i have completed the newbie routine twice now and gained 1/8 length and i have no idea girth wise and i believe i may have stopped gaining.I dont believe i will need to hang for years upon as im close to my target of 7” 0.5cm to be exact and i wanted to get that maybe via hanging.What i was and am still thinking is to start a hanging routine not too strenuous and from what ive read from hanging 101 i will probably turtle because of hanging not too mention im in a turtled state 90% of the day and so after the hanging session i was looking to somehow counteract this by also implementing the controversial Vascion routine because even though Janus says it leads to gains (bearing in mind i do believe him)nearly every one who has tried some form of angion/vascion has at the very least mentioned afterwards a very full,veiny and plump member.
So really what im asking is if anyone can point me in the direction or help with a easy going hanging routine that wone toughen up my member.
