Hey, everyone! I’ve lurked around this place for a couple weeks or so trying to take in as much knowledge as possible and I must say, this place has nothing but positive feedback. Very encouraging. This really is a community. I look forward to making some posts of my own as well as tracking progress. I started the newbie routine and have done so for about a week and I can tell it’s helping. Mostly with blood flow at the moment, but based off that, I’m excited to see the results it will yield! I do, however, have a little question: what are the best exercises to get gains for erect length?

Thank you, clgp7. I mentioned it in my thread I created for progress, but what do you think about me increasing my stretching time from five minutes to seven and a half minutes? I’m starting my second week, so I figured I’d need to up my time.

Well, a good rule of thumb is, if what you’re doing is working-and you’re seeing gains, don’t change anything. That being said, give it a try if you want, keeping an eye on your PIs and proceed carefully.

Will do! My last question is frequency of measurements. I want to say I read somewhere to measure after two sessions, but I wouldn’t think you would get results that quickly.

Hello. I’ve been a member for awhile now. This is my first time posting. I try to do PE everyday but some times I go for a couple of days without. I wear a self created cock ring on a daily basis. I connect two hair ties together. One smaller than the other.

Get good accurate starting measurements then forget about it for a month. I think most guys would agree that too-frequent measuring just leads to confusion and anxiety. I think a better way to judge is by how it feels in your hands and clothes and how it looks.

Consider taking some rest days. Your penis needs time to rest and recuperate just like the rest of your body. 2-on-1-off works well for a lot of us. Experiment and see what keeps your PIs consistently good and adjust as necessary.

That’s what I was thinking. I measured before I started and measured after a week with no real gains, except for possibly flaccid length. Not disappointed, I know it takes time. It just made me wonder haha.

I’ve never personally used one, but I wouldn’t think constricting blood flow to your pens all day would be a good thing.

Hello everyone. I’ve been a lurker for slightly more than two weeks and eventually I decided to start trying and see for myself if PE really works or not :) The last one has been my first workout week ever and I must say I’m very happy I decided to have a try: I don’t know if this is already my take of the newbie gains or what by I have already gained more or less 5 mm (should be 3/16”). The most interesting part, though, are the increased EQ and improved appearance of my friend down there! I’m 34 and I am experiencing the fullest erections since puberty :)

My starting point is 150x127 mm (5.9x5”) NBPEL. My routine is essentially composed by brief sessions of my own version of squeezes (sort of an hybrid between ULI and jelqs) under the shower in the morning followed by a cycle of manual stretches (30 seconds for each of 3xoutwards, 2xleft, 2xright, 1xup, 2xdown, 1xA-stretch, 1xV-stretch). No warm down, 5 days on 1 off.
