If you are a hard-gainer in girth and have exhausted most conventional methods (assuming they were performed correctly with the necessary frequency & intensity), then you may want to consider Medical interventions, especially if girth is a major goal of yours. I know that medical procedures are regarded by some here as a "short cut," "cheating," "easy way out," or "needlessly risky," based on comments in the past, but it would be remiss of me not to share with you what I would have hoped someone would have shared me many many years ago.
For those who want to avoid needles and incisions as much as possible, the P-Long Protocol is a good segue into the Medical arena. It involves visiting a P-Long Affiliate (typically a Doctor) who will prescribe you with a medical grade pump, medical grade stretcher, vasodilator supplements, and a monthly PRP injection (which is the only pricking you’ll have to deal with, which isn’t so bad).
For those who want girth and want it now, you have surgical options (namely dermal grafts matrices, avoid any rigid silicone implants!) and non-surgical options (dermal filler injections, avoid silicone oil however!). Some are permanent and others are temporary which will require top-offs periodically (think annually for most) to maintain size. All penis enlargement methods come with risk of complications and/or dissatisfaction, and penis enlargement is an inherently elective endeavor.
There are pros & cons, why to choose permanent -vs- temporary, logistics, and obviously the high costs associated with undergoing a specialized procedure (whereas manual PE exercises are typically inexpensive, with the devices usually being the most expensive investment). If you choose to go this route, be sure it’s through a quality, experienced, and skilled Practitioner who happens to specialize in this area of aesthetic medicine.
The PhalloBoards 3.0 has more information about it, but I felt the need to at least chime in. When I started on Thundersplace, I was so remarkably on the thin side that achieving "average" progress by most standards would still have me miles from my goal. The idea of committing a year, two, or three with no meaningful gains would have been even more demoralizing. Had I started average (or above average), I suppose the let down wouldn’t have been as devastating. But as someone who required maximum erection quality (EQ) to be sure a SNUGGER FIT Condom would stay on, it was no fun thinking that even mustering an inch in circumference (which is a heck of an accomplishment relatively speaking) wouldn’t satisfy me. So in the Summer of 2011 I got a round of injections, with subsequent rounds spanning 5 years after for additional girth + aesthetic revisions, and have been complication free and too thick for a Magnum XL ever since.
On a side note, I was able to obtain a full inch in length through a stretching + wet jelq routine when I was a new Member here well over a decade ago, so I’m still very much a believer that manual/organic PE can work, but I also understand that hard-gainers do exist. I’m making a case that if you’ve exhausted all conventional means for girth as they were intended, you only risk injury by trying to push the frequency & intensity out of desperation. At that point, surgical (or non-surgical medical) intervention becomes a reasonable alternative if girth is that critical in your aspiration for size.
