Losing Faith On Getting Girth

Seriously losing the faith on gaining girth. Been focusing on it for months and months and no real progress. I have added well over am inch in length but girth gains are almost non existent.

Things I have tried?

Pumping
Clamping
Jelqs
Etc.

Totally frustrated.

Any suggestions?

I’m in the same boat dude. These last couple months I think I’m gonna gain soon, because the temporary gains last longer and longer. I’ll take a rest day, all gone.

I am holding out hope, Thursday I finally have an infrared/red light heating pad arriving. Everyone here raves about the benefits. So maybe that can push me over the 5”meg bump, finally. I have gained quite a bit of base girth, .75” up to 5.375”. But meg has been stuck at 5” for probably 2 years. Although with a cock ring it’s 5.125”-5.25”, which is nice.

I will gladly trade girth tips for length tips…

I’ve gained 1/2" in mseg over 1 year but my length gains stalled months ago.

For my consistent girth gains, I have been doing heated clamping, both manual and with a cable clamp but when I clamp, I really push the tunica to expand. I clamp at the base and then I’ll use my other hand near the glans to really swell up the middle.

First, I use an NIR heating wand to heat my unit to the point where it’s almost too much (painful on the skin). Then IIl get to 60-90% erect as fast as I can while the unit is warm. Then, I clamp and squeeze slowly tighter until I feel a dull ache or sometimes a prickly feeling but immediately pull back if I feel a sharp pain. I hold that amount of pressure for 60-90 seconds and then back off. I then re-apply heat for 90 seconds and then do what I need to do to get 60-90% erection and then do the clamp/squeeze again. I’ll repeat this for 10 minutes in the middle of a 20 minute jelq session.

I also use a ring to keep a little swollen during the day.

With this combo I’ve seen girth gains of about 1/8" every 3-4 months. I hope it continues (knock on wood).

Fulcrums over a drumstick. I think they are loosening up tunica to allow more expansiin, which could allow for a larger circumference. Maybe.

I can’t recall the guy who promoted it, or the "name" of the exercise, but I recall somebody promoting a clamping-type maneuver with compression on a flat surface, like a table top. I think the idea was it promoted forces directed at the circumferential tunica fibers better than clamping or squeezes. Or something like that.

Clearly grasping here, but I bet somebody knows what I’m referring to and will clean up my dribble. Perhaps coming up with a reference name will enable a forum search into results from it or if it just went away because people kept breaking tables.

I do these too.

Desert, I think lots and lots of BTC stretches a day help with length. Some times I do up to 3 hours a day. Whenever I’m driving, sitting down.

Whoa. 3 hours? I’m at 1 hour/day 4 days a week doing the heated hanging method. Just started at the end of June so probably too early to see gains but it sounds like just a lot, A LOT of stretching is what’s required.

Are you manually stretching BTC or hanging?

Girth routine is 3-5 times per week. 3 months is a good time window to measure for changes. Keeping the ring on, I use a Durex Pleasure Ring, I think helps keep things expanded during the day. I’ll also go into the bathroom at work every few hours and spend 5 minutes or so in the stall getting a semi and manually squeezing for 30- 60 seconds a couple times.

Thanks for the responses. At this point I will try anything new to get things started.

As far as length, I didn’t do anything really special. Basically I started doing manual stretching and jelqing. Several times a day I would take 10 mins and so stretching. I would pull and hold a stretch for 1 minute in 9 different directions while standing

1. Straight up (pull up towards belly button
2. Straight down (towards the floor)
3. Straight out
4. Straight left
5. Straight right
6. Up to the left
7. Up to the right
8. Down to the left
9. Down to the right

To do the stretch I would make an OK like grip and grab just behind the glans and pull tight. Your muscles will resist the pull so you have to Focus on relaxing them. Then pull a little tighter and it will stretch a little more. Occasionally I would feel a slight pop. It wouldn’t hurt, like cracking your knuckles, but I felt it.

Once done with all nine stretches, I would do full circles. Pull straight up and while keeping the tension, rotate a full 360 degrees. (Around the worlds) It should be a big circle. We aren’t twisting the cock. Just pulling in a full circle. I did 10 circles clockwise and 10 the other way.

I have moved on to hanging. I made a captains hook or whatever it is called and use it pretty much daily. Add in some pumping for fun and that is all I did/do for length.

Length growth has slowed but I am focusing on girth for the past few months. Wife said I was going “too deep” so figured I would try for some thickness.

I do manual stretching, including BTC. One thing I also wanted to tell you, is after you take a leak, give it a stretch. I do 1 minute after every piss.

Thanks for the detail! I’m doing the 5.5squared heated hanging with a captain’s wench these days. I’ve never tried all the directions before. I’ll give that a shot.

Desert, I’m so similar to Lookingforgirth it’s wild. I gained an inch of length at the start of my PE journey by using a heated BTC stretch while driving multiple hours. Usually 2.5-3 hours. This can be easily replicated in an office chair if you have a smidge of privacy as well. Along with a daily routine of manual stretches and jelqing.

Jim, I struggled for years to gain girth. I got an inch of length pretty quick when I started PE but then ran into a wall trying to gain girth. When I hit 7.25” length and started bottoming out on my GF, I turned my focus to girth by adding clamping to my routine. I worked hard for 6 months with nothing to show but frustration and poor EQ.

A year ago I picked up pumping and through a lot of trial and error I have been honing in on my perfect routine. I’ve gained 1/2” of MSEG over the past year and feel like I’m in a great rhythm with my routine. Here are the high level points:

1. Frequency: 5 on / 2 off (weekends off)
2. Intensity: 2-3 sets in the pump
3. Pressure: 6-8hg is my preferred range
4. Length: 10-20 minutes per set but it varies based on visual indicators. Mainly, if I see fluid buildup below the glans, that is my cue to release pressure.
5. Recovery: Between sets I massage my dick, focusing on removing any fluid and getting fresh blood in. I slowly work the massage up to erection and perform some fire goat rolls, then I edge for a few minutes before entering the tube for my next set. I try to make sure that my dick is fully ready for the next set with little to no fluid and a rock hard erection. Usually this is 10-15 minutes between sets.
6. Supplements: I believe girth gains require a really high EQ and lots of night wood. So I take French maritime pine bark during the day and fish oil at night to ensure I have raging woodies throughout the night to cement gains and heal.

I’m getting close now to outgrowing my 1.75” tube and I can’t wait until I have to upsize.
