I chased a 300lb bench press for 20 years before I finally accumulated enough knowledge to achieve it.
PE is the same thing, it can be done…you just have to keep studying and experimenting.
Keep a record book of everything you do, and include everything, time,wt, reps, force, etc.
Keep reading and asking questions…you will get there if you persist.
Learn to observe your unit and its responses to the different forms of pe.
Give any particular workout 2 weeks, learn to measure carefully and accurately.
If after 2 weeks there is no change…change your workout….scientifically, not randomly.
For example, lets say you are jelquing 200 reps a day and have improved wood at nite and in the morning, but you have no measurable gains…either increase your grip squeeze or add more jelques.
Seeing how your hand isn’t calibrated, look for other indicators, like the glans gets that orange peel look, or turns deep red and then reproduce that with every stroke. After 2 weeks reassess.
Read my thread on this and it should help you think along these lines to make your approach more scientific and less random.
Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
Good luck, be persistent, make it PART of your life (not your whole like), be intelligent in your approach and success will come.
