The reason to jelq first is that it loosens you up and you’ll get more effective ULIs/Horses and less chance of injury. It’s like jogging for a while before you break into a run.
It’s probably good to do around 5 minutes straight jelqing, then you can think about mixing in ULIs and Horses or you can just leave them to the end of the jelqing.

Horses can easily cause injury. So take care, try to avoid overly stressing the surface veins, work in good light and visually monitor.

That’s a good measurement, but when do you measure normally?
