Losing length to the scrotum

Hey!! I only recently decided to seriously get into penis enlargement. My penis is 6.9/7inch in length and 4.5 in girth. I have a quick question for you guys. At the base of my penis some length is missing, especially in the flaccid state. The best way I can describe it is that I have too much skin there and it let’s lost with the scrotum (it basically look like part of my balls instead of my shaft). I mean it really makes me (optically) look a good half an inch shorter (maybe more) I have to stretch the very base of me penis skin down to show the hidden penis. Can anyone relate to this problem? And what the best solution for this?

I sorta can relate but not exactly. Before PE my penis length measurements both below and above were the same. Now my measurements below are significantly greater than measurements above (dorsally). In my first few weeks of PE due to stretching my penis and kegeling my testicles moved backwards. Both me and wife noticed it immediately. It appears to have become permanent, especially since incorporating testicle and scrotum stretches. Don’t do these much now.

I take it you are circumcised.

I have a similar problem. I have a horrible turkey neck. Out of basically a 7” BPEL it climbs all the way up the shaft except the last three inches.

I will continue PE as normal, once I hit my desired goal with at least 8 months into my maintenance routine I will get surgery to reduce it.

My turkey neck is a badge of honour for me. It means I have successfully elongated my penis…..and I`ve never heard anyone say, “hey dude, your dick looks like a turkey-neck”.

Joey yea am circumstanced maybe too aggressively!! N that may be the catalyst for my turkey neck!

Trust me, circumcision definitely was what started yours and my problem.

I’m uncut and have a decent amount of turkey neck too. But I guess unlike circumcised guys when I’m hard and pull the foreskin right back and down it’s less noticeable.
