Loss of Length
Hi guys,
I’ve been doing PEGym consistently for about 3 months, and I’ve seen some nice girth gains, and some small length gains.
I am hoping to make some length gains one day, as this is the department I’m still lacking in. I’m wondering what the best change to my routine is. I’ve included my routine below:
Warm up with towel plus hot water, stretch 1.5 minutes each in four directions. Repeat the four stretches twice total.
Warm up with towel plus hot water, 2 minutes jelqing upper, 2 minutes jelqing lower, A-jelq 2 minutes upper then lower. Repeat those four exercises three times total.
Do 2 days on, one day off.
So basically four blocks, one block involving stretches for 12 minutes, three blocks involving jelqs and A-jelqs for 16 minutes each.
I have two main questions I couldn’t get answered by surfing the site:
I haven’t made much length gains. My girth has gone up pretty well but I’d like to see length gains. Will changing my routine help me gain length faster? In particular I’ve considered doing forty minutes of stretches on my day off, as this is the main way I think length gains are made?
I’ve noticed my erections are softer, but with more girth. I also found I ejaculate without reaching a full erection, which is worrying me. Could it be because my penis now can contain more blood than usual, so it gets tricked by the increased blood flow into thinking it is fully erect, when it is not? This question in particular I couldn’t get answered from searching.
