LOT Clarification

This is my first post here after lurking for a while and I just want to compliment you guys on a well run forum that contains a wealth of great info, it’s like a whole new world has been opened up to me.

Anyways, I have been thoroughly reviewing Bib’s LOT theory and was just hoping someone could verify the conclusions I’ve reached from it before I start my PE routine.

I’m currently at 5.75” BPEL and have a LOT of 12:00 (the base kind of pulls in towards the stomach but the head doesn’t move at all.) This does not really surprise me as I’ve always felt my penis was “high up.” I’ve thus made the following conclusions which I hope some more experienced members could verify.

1) My potential for growth/”quick gains” is reasonably high.

2) I should concentrate my efforts on stretching and jelquing downwards towards the floor.

Indeed, with a 12:00 LOT, you have a high potential for gains from lig work. Low stretching/hanging/jelqing is just the thing you need.

Thanks for the reply. Should I just start with the “newbie routine” (just stretching, jelqing, and kegels) and see what kind of gains I can get before I start hanging?

Sorry about the delayed response. I somehow managed to look over this thread, even though I posted in it. I would suggest that you do some manual work before hanging just to for conditioning purposes, but it isn’t something that is a must.
