Ok. First couple of months after application of what I thought the LOT theory was I made some gains. First gains ever. But they have stopped for the last 6 weeks or so. OK. I discovered from C-guy on MOS that in fact one’s LOT is where the head stops being pulled back from a kegel, rather than any shaft pull at all. C-guy got this from Bib (had his permission to quote this):

While doing the LOT test, many guys have reported movement at the top base of their penis while doing the kegal. I think for most, if not all, this is the LIGAMENTS reacting to the kegal.

When you begin to see the Loss OF Tugback of the head, and you see a movement in your base, that should definitively be your LOT. That is the exact point that your PC no longer affects the outer shaft, and the energy from the PC is affecting the ligs.

I think the reason some guys are having problems finding their exact LOT, is because they are getting some head movement, because the PC is working through the ligs, and the ligs are pulling back the outer shaft slightly.

Don’t make it too difficult. If the head does not pull back much, and the base is ‘flexing’, that is your LOT.

Ok - so basically look for where the head stops pulling back from a kegel, or at least has a drastic reduction in its strength of pullback. For those guys who are uncut - which may seem obvious, but it didn’t to me - this means doing the LOT test by gripping the glans itself and not the foreskin (i.e., with the foreskin pulled back). Otherwise, the LOT will appear lower than it actually is by virtue of the fact that pulling on the foreskin will not just be checking the ligament pull back on the glans, but the shaft and skin too. I’ve put this poorly, I know, but if you get the jist of this I’m happy. :)

Anyway, this has put my LOT up to 9:00… Which *should* explain why I haven’t had any gains recently (i.e., because I’ve been doing tunica hangs when I *should* have been doing LIG hangs.)

Ok Penewbie. I think you should keep on reading the literature, **but** meanwhile start a tunica hanging routine. I’m not sure of my initial LOT - since I was testing it wrongly - but I *still* saw the first gains I’ve had since starting PE. And so, irrespective of whether I should have been doing LIG hangs or TUNICA hangs, these were still my first gains!!!

To get gains I would do at least 3 * 20 mins a day hanging for 5 days per week. For the time being, assume you have a low LOT and, as SWM would say, “here’s the biggest revolution in PE, start PEing”. Think as you go along.

I think SO fulcrum is the bomb for tunica stretches so get started, and if there any more problems I hope that I, or even better somebody who knows what they’re talking about, can help! :D

I still don’t quite get it. If there is movement at the base, wouldn’t the head move as well, anyway? It’s one long shaft.

The base will twitch a bit even below your LOT, but your LOT occurs at the point where the head/shaft no longer pull back against your outward tug.

I had a hard time figuring out my LOT, i think it was around 8. Either way beginners should stretch down whatever their LOT is.

Yeah, now I get it. Like someone said, i thought that if the shaft moved, the head would move too. Wrong. There’s a point when the head no longer moves ! It’s magical ! No, it’s… LOT ! :D

I figured out mine. Between 8 and 9
