Regerer, I suggest you stick the newbie routine. Stretch with low to moderate force in all directions and jelq. Work your way up from there.

You are indeed very right:) . Afterall, LOT theory is just that, a ‘theory’. All the time I’ve spent lurking here at Thunder’s, I’ve come across so many threads regarding LOT theory, especially BIB’s LOT theory. I also found that a large majority of well experienced PE’ers have always stated to newbies to forget about LOT theory & just take up the newbie routine.
I started out with a low LOT, after 3 months of the newbie routine I’ve manage to increase my LOT to 9-9:30.
