Low goals

Hello everyone, I’ve got a question.

From what I’ve understood, PE is supposed to be a practice that takes up to an hour a (or even more) day for advanced users.
I see people here that start around 5” - 6” in length and 5” in girth and aim for stats like 8” length and 6” girth, which is quite a grow.

Compared to that I’m quite humble.
I’m wondering how much should I PE and approximately how long could it take (I know it’s individual so I’d like a rough estimate) to gain 4/5” - 1” in length and 1/2” in girth?
I really don’t need more than that and I won’t set any higher goals because I can’t afford to spend more than 30 minutes a day for PE (because of college, studying, girlfriend, gym and such).

Would doing dry jelqs and normal stretches 20-25 minutes a day be sufficient?

If I were you, I would just give it a shot. What you are describing is pretty close to the newbie routine with which you should start off in any case, so you will for sure be fine with 20 - 25 minutes for the first couple of months. Whether this kind of routine will be sufficient to reach you goals nobody can tell. You have to see how your dick adjusts to the routine. For some people around here 15 minutes of jelqing is already to much and their EQ goes down. Others have a daily routine of more than an hour. Like I said at the beginning, you just have to try it out and see where it takes you.

So if I make gains with 20-25 minutes of PE a day, those gains will stay if I keep doing PE 20-25 minutes a day and never increase it?

I’ve got two more questions:

What is a good number of dry jelqs for a beginner?
How good is BTW stretch compared to manual stretches?

Read up on the newbie routine. Gains from the newbie routine commonly yield .5” to 1” after a few months. You may notice some gains in a couple of weeks due simply to increased erection quality (EQ). The gains will stay as long as you are PE ing — even if you do not increase your time commitment. However you may lose them after a period without PEing if they have not been ‘cemented’ or maintained. Unfortunately some guys retain their gains and some don’t.

Many people here at thunders are involved in less strenuous routines and once you get involved with the newbie routine you will be able to better exchange information with them. I’m only after about 1” myself and any girth gains that come with it which would put me around 7.5 x 5.5

Knowledge is power!

I did a lot of reading back when I joined in January and now I’m doing it again just to be sure. :)
As far as EQ goes, I’ve got no problems with that, it’s always hard as rock.
It’s been that way ever since I started getting erections and I made them even harder by doing kegels 10 minutes a day since April 2008.
They also helped me last longer in bed and have stronger orgasms (long range ejaculations, hehe).

Still waiting for answers on my two questions.

It might not be the definitive answers you are looking for but:

1. How long will it take: Everyone is different. Gaining from stretching the ligs seems to be the most rapid and easy gain. You could put an inch on in 6 months. It could take a year. You may see no gains for 3 months then an explosion of gains after that. It’s hard to tell.

2. Will dry jelqs and stretching be sufficient: That depends on how fast you want to get to your goal. If your gains are 1 x .5 over a year Id say it’s been done lots of times before if you are diligent. If you want this done in 6 months I’d say you should set your goals lower.

Well, I’m not in a big hurry, but I wouldn’t really like to see those results in like 2-3 years. 1 year would be nice, 6 months would be even nicer, but I’ll aim at 1 year for now.

New question… My erection has a relatively high angle (at least 45° if 90° is parallel to the floor while standing). As a matter of fact, I can’t even push my penis below 90° while erected. Will it get lower if I do stretches at downward angle? I’d prefer it to stay this way.

I got gains of 1.5” x 0.5” in my first 9 months, starting at age 18. As long as you “train smart”, you can make great gains with minimal time commitment. I would recommend adding heat to your routine(from start to finish) and ending with a cool down.

As for your erection angle, I would say avoid stretching downwards too much and this high angle shouldn’t change much.

Very nice gains. What routine did you use?

(I’ll be using rice sock, that’s a must before and after PE.)

I started with something similar to the newbie routine, with mainly dry jelqing(in the shower) and light stretching. After a while and some “newbie gains” I added in some Orange Bends(do a search) and erect squeezes and got some serious gains. For the last few months I have been doing manual clamping and erect squeezes.

I would highly recommend that you buy an Infrared lamp and use it throughout your sessions(tell your roommates it’s for your muscle health/circulation). The constant heat will somewhat “melt” the collagen within your unit, making it more pliable and stretchable. Finish the session with a cool down(putting your unit under cold water for about 30 seconds), but this this while it is in a stretched state. This will cause the stretched collagen to “solidify” in this elongated state.

Good luck!

Absolutely. Plus while some degree of maintenance is needed once you reach your goals it won’t be anything like 20 minutes a day.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Thanks for answers.

So, what’s a good number of dry jelqs to start a beginner off?

I usually do about 40 with 5-6 second strokes as my starting point then add more if I feel like I can take it. Listen to your penis.

I like to do 10 overhand and 10 OK grip with each hand for an even workout.

Since you said you aren’t into a long routine, Id recommend looking into Fowfers. It’s a stretch that you can do hands free while watching TV. It certainly increases flaccid length and many members believe it also increased their erect length as well.

I see… If I got it correct, dry jelqs are much more intense than wet jelqs and should be done in a lot lower repetition range.

Also, Fowfers are actually BTC stretch, right? I wouldn’t mind having longer flaccid length because I’m quite a grower, though erect length and girth are definitely priorities.

So far I think I’ll be doing the newbie routine (warm up, manual stretches, dry jelqs, warm down) with added BTC stretches and amazing isometrics (link). How does that sound?

Do a cool down instead of a warm down(in a stretched state). And use heat throughout your sessions:
