Low Sperm Count

Has anyone else suffered from low sperm count?

I have been kegeling for a little while and notice my sperm to be shooting out alittle stronger. Anyone know if PE exercises to help with the low count?

Raising testosterone will help.

The average 20 year old these days has a sperm count around the same as an 80 year old 50 years ago.

What can you do?

Sex and PE help.
Eat lots of meat and cut out seed oils and wheat. Don’t eat processed foods.
Remove estrogen mimicking substances (like plastics) from your environment and water.
Lift weights.
