I have been utilizing a hot wrap 10 minutes before and 15 minutes after each workout by wrapping a face cloth around my member and testicles and letting hot water from the shower pour onto it. I build up a pretty good temperature and hang really heavy afterward but was worried about heating up my testicles too much - or is it just a fallacy that too much temp for too long can give a man a low sperm count? Any feedback would be much appreciated!

I think that it’s been proven somewhere that higher temp=lower sperm count, but this relates more to prolonged increased temps such as wearing tight briefs all day, every day.

You shouldn’t worry about doing hot wraps for 25mins a workout as this should do nothing but good.

By the way, I don’t know if you need to do hot wraps for that long anyway. Most things I’ve read say 5mins before and 5mins after. Perhaps some vets could confirm this.
