Lube

What type of lube should I use?

I’ve heard baby oil, olive oil work fine, but I was looking for something a little more.. Sensical.

I’m a big fan of Maximus, but it’s expensive and tastes like shit (I feel like it might change the taste of my cock if I use it constantly, 5 days a week for jelqing.

What lube do you use/recommend?

I read somewhere on the board of a guy who made his own lube.. Sounds like a good idea to save money..

If you mean Erosets’ EVO oil criot, it’s not exactly cheap either, but having seen it mentioned again recently I went out and got all the ingredients a couple of weeks ago and guessed the measures seeing as I forgot all about needing something to do this. I was so impressed I have now mixed the ingredients in the proper proportions (adding a few of my own, naturally) and I would recommend it highly to everyone.

In bk64’s new thread which I have also just seen, I vaguely recall noticing a link to a lubricant of some sort, but I was in a bit of a daze after a performance of Monteverdi’s Vespers this evening and not my usual inquisitive self, it might be worth checking out as well :nodding:

The best stuff I’ve come across and have pretty much stuck to from now on is called “Manslide”. You can order off the net for like $14 or so, comes in a jar and is petroleum based but far better then Vaseline and it lasts a while, and will keep you perfectly slick. I use it for the pump too, seals great, worth the money and cleans up much better then anything else too ;)

Alboline. Run a search on that here and you’ll see me and sta-kool advertising the heck out of it! (No, I don’t own stock or have any part of the company).

It’s $12 a jar at CVS and can be ordered online. It is the professional masturbator’s lube of choice. You can use a small glop which should allow you to jelq as long as you want with no reapplication. I have personally jerked off for over an hour with one application and have been known to go much longer with only a little dose extra.

It is a makeup remover and is very gentle on the skin. In fact, it is a great moisturizer. Cleanup is super easy in my opinion - just wipe with a paper towel and wash your hands with soap. The little bit extra on your penis is no issue - good for the skin and won’t stain anything.

I’m not discounting any of the other lubes at all. Everyone has their favorite. However, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least try it.
