Wassup guys. I’ve explored this forum as well as others for years. Would start doing PE for a few weeks and then stop. I find it a bit tricky especially being uncircumcised. I know the norm is manual exercise when you’re a newbie, but stretching with skin pulled backs always irritates my frenulum no matter how soft I pull and jelqing seems ok I guess. Truth is I never seemed to benefit from either. The most response or pros I got was when I did the good looking loser newbie bathmate routine for about three weeks. No growth exactly, but my erections were a lot stronger. I never really liked my size especially being black. Expectations are a bit high especially coming from where I come from. I’don’t even know my flaccid I’m pretty much embarrassed by it. My erect length is 5.5 NBP and between 6.5 to 6.7 BPEL depending on the day girth 5.5. I want to gain about roughly two inches in length and a half inch to an inch in girth. I hope it’s possible and wonder. Also, I’m 5’8 and a half and roughly 275 lbs. My size totally kills my confidence in the bedroom and gives me massive anxiety sometimes. Hopefully this time around I can achieve something and gain some real motivation or drive by taking this steps. Here’s to it!

That’s not small, we have to get over this notion about the importance of size anyways. If you gain, make sure it’s for you. If you can get a good routine going, you’re bound to gain even more!

It’s hard to think different when women have responded in a disappointed way. I do have a plan though. I’m going to hire an online macro coach and start working out. Get some of this blubber off and develop a PE routine that works for me. Hopefully it strikes some change.

I think lose weight should be your first priority. Your life will be better in all aspects of life. And it’s easy, just eat and drink healthy and train 2 hours a day for 2 years and you will probably loose 80 pounds and gain one Inch in penis length as well. If you do 15-20 min of PE during this years you probably gain one inch more.

So you are looking at a fit body and a possible 8x6 cock to come with that body. It’s hard work but it will be worth it. Just do it!

I am also uncircumcised and the only PE exercise that I have done with my foreskin rolled back is very recently when trying different wrapping techniques for hanging. I jelq full gloved to the tip and it’s fine, just when stretching will I pull the skin back a little just so I make sure the stretch is happening on the internal tissue and not the skin itself. I also would suggest trying different grip techniques to reduce the tug on your frenulum.
With jelqing I wouldn’t worry too much because the aim is the reduce returning blood flow to engorge inner tissue, meaning your foreskin is out of the equation apart from if you’re finding that the foreskin is being tugged at the end of the manoeuvre, then I would again just pull the skin back a little to give some room. When I do these exercises (jelqing and stretching) my foreskin is never fully retracted.

Hope that helps, and the other guys are right, those stats aren’t small. Slow and steady wins the race.

I’m actually pretty excited to get back into shape. I struggled for a long time. Not with the exercise part. More so nutrition. I’m thinking of getting a macro coach to ensure my success. I’m definitely down to do the work. Thanks for the encouraging words.

Thanks I’ll definitely look into it. Pain from an irritated frenulum definitely sucks.
