Magnum 357

Pump-toys has an advanced cylinder, which I am interested in getting, called the Magnum 357. While their description of it is ok, I can not get a picture in my head of what one might expect your package to look like after using the cylinder. Has anyone used the devise or know exactly what is is designed to do. I know it is an entire package pump, it has a particular place for each nut and the shaft.. But beyond that I am not sure what happens. Any pointers to further detailed info would be helpful and appreciated.
