I have been PEing for 7ish months and I would say 80% of my 2 on 1 off routine is done while I sitting in bed leaning up.

Would anyone think this less effective than standing to stretch and Jelq?

Thoughts

It’s probably down to whether or not standing assists in keeping erection going. For some, standing heightens sensations and thus keeping a solid erection is easier because of that.

On the other end of the scope, for me, it’s hard to keep one up when lying on the back.

I do the same Nokeio in bed leaning up, I wondered about this too. For me it’s harder to keep a boner standing up I think because the blood is being used in other leg muscles

100% of my PE is done sitting in a chair. It’s either my office chair or a recliner.

I have found that sitting makes erections happen. Something about the way the blood works down there. For me at least. Maybe its when I kegel , the muscle flexes against the seat.. Hard little stool that I sit on. So I sit to get the routine started. Then stand up to stave off erections.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

When i first started PE i did it standing up. Now I do it sitting in a chair. I think either way works just as well, as long as you can maintain some erection. I just prefer to sit because it’s less tiring and erections are easier to control sitting down.

I do it standing. Stretch angles are easier to me except the downward stretch. I may have to start sitting for that one it is uncomfortable stretching an 8”+ bp stretch length down even with my long arms. But standing allows me to control erections easier. Doing pe sitting down my eq goes up way too fast.

I dont know why but i find easier doing PE while standing and I gained back in april 1.5 cm in girth doing jelqing but i stopped PE .

So I lost my gains now I wont stop PE until being my dream goal.

I am doin jelqing and uli at standing position while streching 2 hours at sitting position because who stand for 2 hours hahahaha. 😛
