I am 7” bone pressed, about 6.5 non. My goal is to be 7” NBP. People here describe a “fat pad”. I don’t believe I have a fat pad, just ligaments. I’m thinking stretching my ligs by means of fowfer it will help my NBP increase rather quickly. Any gains in length by jelqing are welcome as well. :)

Has fowfers helped with NBP length for anyone here?

Any length gains are NBP gains. The only way you can get a higher BPEL without getting a higher NBP is to press the ruler down harder, hah. Check out the LOT pull-back theory to check at what angle you should be stretching at. If you’re just starting fowfers will be great I’m sure, they help a lot with flaccid length gains. I’m at a point where I can only get further length gains from higher angle stretches. Although I still warm-up stretch in every angle, my main stretches are all upwards. But if my ligs aren’t maxed out yet, I don’t know. I’m pretty much going to have to work on tunica stuff myself because I’ve already gotten my first 1.5-2 inches. I’m really trying to get my 7.75 BPEL to a solid 8 NBP now. We’ll see how it goes.

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Thanks. Some pretty serious gains you got there. I hope I gain what I want quick, so then I can start getting real serious on girth. A lot more work needed in that department.

Ok so I DID read it right.. I thought I read somewhere the LOT theory had been discarded a good time ago, but then it got brought up again in this thread which made me doubt.. I think it’s best to just stretch at every angle you can. Even though I have a low LOT and it feels like stretching downwards feels easier for me, I don’t feel like stretching downwards is useless and stretching upwards give me a bigger benefit than downwards does.

Even if you’d have 0% body fat (which you can’t), your NBPEL < BPEL because ther is a compressible organic tissue (ligaments, skin) covering your pubic bone.

I don’t want to sound arrogant but the veterans on here really, really do their homework and will try any and everything to see if it’s valid or not. We even have guys with respected medical knowledge and professions on here so when a theory gets debunked here it’s not done lightly or without a large body of evidence to back it up.

It’s why I love this site so much, the knowledge available here is immense and something that has helped me with all areas of my life as well as pe.

Oh no! Don’t get me wrong! If anything what I said was a stab at Bib for relying on LOT theory. Though I know there is still immense respect for him and his amazing creation, which I hope one day to purchase.
