I found this site in 2005. Did several months of dedicated PE then for whatever reason (I forget, probably laziness), I stopped.
Been wanted to come back to PEing, but the longer time went by, the more difficult it was to come back.
I need some discipline and to increase my self-confidence. I’ve been struggling a bit when it comes to the opposite sex because of my insecurity.
When is it ideal to slip in your daily PE sessions? Night time before sleep? I know I am only doing beginner routine for a while. What about the veterans who do PE for over 2 hours/day? I don’t think I can fit that into my schedule.. Do I just have to at that point?
I am unhappy with the size of my unit. So it’s go time.
Start of PE date: mid-June 2012
Starting size: 5”x4”
Age: 27
First goal: 6x4.5 (is that unrealistic? Bleh.. How bad my confidence is)
