I found this site in 2005. Did several months of dedicated PE then for whatever reason (I forget, probably laziness), I stopped.

Been wanted to come back to PEing, but the longer time went by, the more difficult it was to come back.

I need some discipline and to increase my self-confidence. I’ve been struggling a bit when it comes to the opposite sex because of my insecurity.

When is it ideal to slip in your daily PE sessions? Night time before sleep? I know I am only doing beginner routine for a while. What about the veterans who do PE for over 2 hours/day? I don’t think I can fit that into my schedule.. Do I just have to at that point?

I am unhappy with the size of my unit. So it’s go time.

Start of PE date: mid-June 2012
Starting size: 5”x4”
Age: 27

First goal: 6x4.5 (is that unrealistic? Bleh.. How bad my confidence is)

Welcome! Your goal is very realistic as long as you stick with it. While I am no veteran, I am a few months into PE and I spend about 2 hours per day hanging. I am hanging as I type this. I do all my sessions late at night because that is what works best for me. Whenever you have the time is the best time to do it.

Welcome indeed! I agree that your goal is realistic, I myself am a newbie and my goals are to some people unrealistic but I that if you dedicate the time and have your mind set in the game you can achieve your goals. You are not small by any means wala01 !! I’m interested to know how much time you spend on PE?

While I’m here jburtt, are you confident of reaching your goals?

Your goal is realistic, however your dedication must be impeccable. Stick to the newbie routine and you will see results.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

So you started and stopped once or twice before … think of the times in-between as a long deconditioning break.

Now you have set some realistic goals and your asking a couple questions to help figure out what will work best for you. Excellent approach.

As for wehn to do your PE … I’ll bet that there is some science that indicates that one time is better than another … but for you it is infinitely more important to pick a time that will work for you.
It is universally true that “Doing PE” is more effective at growing your penis than sitting on the couch thinking about PE.

As for your self confidence … I have found that as I did PE early on in my journey, I felt a good deal more conscious of my dick and how it was growing. It’s a good thing!

Without derailing the original thread topic, yes I do believe my goals are realistic. I believe the length goal will be easier to reach than girth though. Honestly if I do reach my length goal and cant make progress in the girth department I will be a pencil dick looking fool. But regardless of what it looks like, I know that it can get the job done now. So anything more in any direction is really just for my vanity.

I think gaining an inch in length and a half inch in girth is realistic, but will of course take dedication.

As for when to PE, I don’t think it matters. Do it when you have the time.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)
