OK here I go.

Pumping with high HGs didn’t work. It actually made my Penis smaller in length and cause real bad Donut effect and it bruised my penis also and caused real bad blistering. It got smaller in length because I think it took some away to accommodate the bigger donut effect.

No long term effect from pumping high. I think because it drawled more blood around the penis chambers rather than in the chambers. I think this because my penis was real spongy feeling and hard.

Pumping with very little vacuum pressure is what made the difference for me. It made my penis hard as a rock and it felt hard and didn’t feel spongy at all. It took a little longer to pump up but I got longer in the tube before it reached the sides of the cylinder. I started seeing results faster by pumping with very low vacuum pressure.

I only pumped with about 1-3 HGs and got better results than pumping 5-10.

5-10 HGs actually made my penis smaller in length. and what I mentioned above.

I have found out the longer you stay in the cylinder before getting the donut effect the longer you penis will get in the cylinder. And that is what leads to gain.

I hope this information will help somebody from making a mistake.
Pumping high with the vacuum pressure cause more disadvantages than advantages. by high HG I mean from 5 and up

While I would hardly advocate pumping at high pressure for its own sake, I think it is presumptuous to assume that what works for you is going to universally work the same way for everybody.

I find that to be equally true of your orgasm breakdown in your signature.

In my experience different women respond differently from each other; it’s also true theyt will respond differently based on who they are with. Girl ‘A’ might have a more intense vaginal orgasm with boy ‘A’ but have a more intense clitoral orgasm with boy ‘B’, while girl ‘B’ may have a powerful vaginal response and no g-spot response whatsoever.

Human sexual response is vastly variable, based on the individuals involved, their moods, etc.; many things influence sexual response.

There isn’t a set formula as you imply.

I would tend to agree that pumping at lower hg is a smarter move, allowing the penis to adapt and grow with a lower risk of injury. And much has been made of lower force for longer time in hanging, stretching, etc. So, I don’t fundamentally disagree with your idea as stated. I just have a problem with the way you are stating.

Instead of saying “this is true” why not first say “this has been true for me” and see what sort of discussion arises?

First I have been pumping for about 2 years. I am not a noob at pumping so if you are a nood you may want to start off a little less time. You just want to create enough vacuum pressure where you barely feel the pressure on you penis

I have gained from 6 inches length to 7.5 inch length. I have gained from 4 inch girth to 5 inch girth. That is permanent gains. I been pumping on and off for about 2 years or so.

I warm up with hot water for about three minutes

Fist I use my 1.5 cylinder I pump up and let the vacuum stay on for about 5 minutes and release the vacuum and repeat for about 30 minutes
then I go to my 2 inch cylinder and pump up and let the vacuum stay on for about 5 minutes and release the vacuum and repeat for about 30 minutes

I milk or jelge every time I relese the vacuum

I repeat this ever how many times I feel up to it. usual 3-4 times

Time spent

Ok, let me get this straight.

For the 1.5 cylinder, you:

pump for 5 min, jelq 1, pump 5, jelq 1, pump 5, jelq 1,
pump 5, jelq 1, pump 5, jelq 1, pump 5, jelq 1.

The above totals 30 min. of pumping and 6 min. of jelqing for a total of 36 min.

Then you repeat the same above for the 2 inch cylinder

So then 36 min. + 36 min. = 72 min.

Then you repeat the 72 miin. set 3 to 4 times per day. That would total 216 to 288 min. or 3.6 hours to 4.8 hours per day of pumping/jelqing in total . Does that sound correct?

I only repeat some day not every time. I spend about 4 hours when I repeat everything. That is just a rough estimate.

warm up 3 minutes

If I do it 3 times it comes to 3 hours and 9 minutes roughly
if I do it 4 times it comes to 4 hours and 12 minute roughly

I don’t think I understood very well. You raised 6 to 7.5 inches in lenght and 4 to 5 inches in girth? Is that right?

I began using GSpot’s routine last week and it’s a good one! I only pumped for 4 days due to work schedule rather than every day as GSM does. I also had to adjust it with my 1.75” tube by pumping for 5 minute sets without massaging in between (because I couldn’t get back into the tube). But with my 2” tube I follow it just as prescribed.

Even so, I’ve had a thicker/fuller/plumper flaccid hang than I’ve ever experienced. I also found that I got the same pumped extension in the tube as I had with higher pressure. That was a big surprise for me!

I’m now a believer in the lowest hg that gets results, the healthier unit I’ll maintain. Thanks, GSM!

Thanks for the info man. I tried with 5-7mm pressure and it didn’t really work for me so I stopped - will give it another go with lower pressure. Do you manage to stay erect in the pump? Is it important for results? I usually lose erection very quickly once I start, unless the pressure is 5 or higher.

Seems I made a mistake. I was at 4 inch girth and am 5 now. Not at 5 and now at 5. That is not an inch in girth gain LOL. my bad.
