Manual PE vs Pumping

Hi everybody, this is Omnia from Italy. In this post I’ll try to compare regular manual PE (I have a little experience into this) with something I’ve never done before (pumping) but I’ve extensively researched here and there on thundersplace, pegym etc. My purpose is to discuss with you both pros and cons of those two methods, to finally draw a conclusion about which one is better. From what is my knowledge, both personal and indirect, I can say that Jelqing and stretching are:

- inaccurate (becouse while jelqing or stretching you basically don’t have a unit of measure of the force you’re applying, so unless you are very aware of the force you apply with your hands you can’t certainly say that you’re giving your penis an increasing force)
- require 45-60 min, 4-5 times a week (sometimes more)
- you need time to warm up
- you need lubricant
- time to warm down
- time, water and soap to wash away the lubricant
- you can incur in injuries
- gains are slow (years)
- eventually you can even have no gains

Now let’s see what manual pumping (using a gauge) involves:

- it is more accurate because you have a gauge and for this reason you can exactly dose the pressure you apply to your member
- you need to warm up
- you need to warm down maybe but you don’t have to use a lubricant
- you need time and water to wash the whole thing (5 minutes I think)
- you can pump for an amount of time that is less than jelqing (20-30 minutes)
- you have immediate results. Sure the most of those are temporary but in the long run (months, years) the results are gonna cement
- gives you a lot of girth improvement, after few sessions( personally I’m focused on girth)
- if you use it wisely, reading the gauge and applying a gradually increasing pressure the injuries are drastically reduced
- requires much less force and stress ( physical in your hands and mental)
- while pumping you can basically do whatever you want… read something, watch a movie or whatever…
- a good pump has a cost that goes from 100 to 200 bucks

From this rapid comparison I would rather prefer pumping with a gauge, despite the initial cost of the pump. What attracts me most is the fact that you have immediate results, instead with jelqing sometimes you can eventually came with little to no gains (and so lose your time..). What do you think about this? Did you try both? What is your opinion about this?

If your tunica doesn’t allow space, pumping is not going to be a good training by itself, you need to stretch.

Injuries happen when you go too hard on your penis, it can be by pumping, stretching and jelq, therefore you have to be aware of your PI’s, it’s a process, know your dick, learn how it responses to the stimulus you are giving to it.

For some guys, the newbie routine works pretty fast Gainers list..

Pumping is a great addition that has helped me through my journey.

In order to get a bigger penis, we have to be patient, discipline is the key :)

The problem with manual PE from my perspective, is that it takes a LOT of practice to be able to apply the pressure evenly and consistently. For newbies, uneven force can result in a distortive effect on the penis, with certain parts of the penis being larger than others, or the penis bending a certain way. This happened to me when I first started jelqing at the age of 19. My penis began to bend to the right. When I started pumping years later, it straightened out.

That’s why I only do pumping now. Pumping to me is the most natural method of PEing because the force is applied to your entire penis.

This last year I’ve done primarily pumping, and I’m switching back to primarily manual PE. I found that I was unable to get permanent gains with the amount of time that I was able to dedicate to it, while with manual exercises the whole process can be done within half an hour and my gains are more stable.

Personally, when it comes to pumping and gains, I have very similar sentiments. For me pumping has become a complimentary exercise rather than a core exercise. However, I will sometimes do a pump run over a period of days for recreational purposes.

I think I’m on the same page, as far as it being a complementary exercise. I suspect it helped me through a plateau, although I was trying some other things and it’s hard to attribute that to one thing over another. I do like the pump, although I can’t honestly say why!

For me it’s the immediate gratification from a significant increase in size to use during sex. I am however mindful not to go too far and end up with the mushy cock.

Pumping is addictive because you see and feel the growth as soon as you finish. Then it goes down, and you want to pump more.

My gains have slowed since I have increased pumping. I’m now onto clamping and am expecting more gains. But manual stretching+extending have brought so good gains to many that I have a small voice in my head telling me that I’ll go back to it eventually.

I’ve heard of people getting some good results with the high-pressure pumping. I never went electric, but my results were disappointing, especially so after a few months. The immediate impression of gains, which very quickly evaporated, kept my doing it, but my PI’s are immediately much better since going back to manuals.

I am using a vaccum pump (LeLuv) with a gauge. I started pumping 3 months ago for 3 days a week. I also do stretching and jelq in no pumping days

Well, I suppose everyone is different and some people seem to respond better to certain PE methods than others. I just started my 4th week of pumping tonight, and I’ve been getting week over week improvements in size and erection quality. I’m finally going to measure after my two days off from pumping this week, but I definitely know that I have gained; mostly in girth.

Absolutely. I will measure on my second day off, which will be Sunday this week. I might even post some pics.

Though just letting you know, I never measured myself before I started pumping so my starting measurements were estimates from what I can recall years ago when I first got into PE.

That said, I know for a fact that I have gained both length and girth.
