I’ve just recently been adding manual squeezes into my arsenal.

I get a full erection, kegal blood into my cock.. And then squeeze.. And holy shit talk about vascularity and size developing.

It was kind of frightening to me at first, so I’ve started really slow. I do 5 sets of 30 second squeezes.

It seems really helpful to kegal blood in to my shaft first, then squeeze.. And then to continue squeezing as the time goes by.

I also stroke it as I’m doing this and it seems to improve blood flow too.

In what way/duration have you guys used manual squeezes?

I recently started manual squeezes and like you I was frightened at the temporary girth gain because the vascularity is ridicules!

I do my squeezes during my PE and edging sessions.

Yeah, my order now is warmup, stretch.. Then I do regular jelqs.. Jelq squeezes and then I end with the manual squeezes.

I’ve tried to do Uli’s but I can never do them right, the manual squeezes are much better for me.

I’m hoping it helps my head grow.

Yea I know what you mean about ULi’s!

Have you tried 80% jelqs and do them slowly and hold it for 5 seconds near the head. I did this in my first 2 months of PE and noticed head size gains. It was not very much but I feel my head is proportional to my penis.

Yes I do them and sometimes hold for up to 2 minutes. I try to do them to target certain segments of the shaft and sometimes carefully apply a little bending force to try to correct a minor curvature I have to the left.

I don’t get it. I thought the manual squeezes were ULI’s that you guys were talking about. If not then what are they horse440’s?

Not at all.

My understanding is a manual squeeze is when you get an erection, squeeze at the base and your hand is acting like a clamp.

An Uli is when you don’t have a full erection, squeeze and try and force the blood forward.. Which doesnt work for me!

I sometimes squeeze both at the base and do a horse 440 and push toward the hand at the base. It makes my shaft girth scary thick.

Thats similiar to the jelq squeeze I do but I’m not completely erect.

Is manual squeeze same thing than clamping? I don´t understant that you would have to no kegels while clamping. How can you kegel when you got so much pressure on your dick that it hurts to do kegel when clamped.

I am not doing clamping, I just tried it once and it seemed wierd to try to push blood on cock when clamped. But when doing manual clamping you can release a bit pressure when kegeling. Not sure if this is right way. Just don´t want to broke my unit :D Maybe it takes much more to read before starting serious clamping.

Yes be careful with starting clamping. I too fear clamping my dick as it looks like it will explode!!!
