Manual PE vs Clamping Hanging

Manual PE vs Clamping Hanging

Hey Thundersplace I was just wondering what your views are on manual vs non manual PE exercises.

Back round : I’ve been doing PE for about 2 months now and have not seen many gains. If anything my flaccid state hangs down more and my erections seem to be fuller. I know that your not supposed to see gains in the first few months sometimes so I’m hoping that in the next 4 months I can see maybe 1\2 an inch in length or girth.

Question: For some of you veteran PE I was wondering if your gains became better after you conditioned your penis for clamping and hanging?

I know your supposed to do manual to condition your penis for about 6 months and then move on so I was hoping that if I don’t see any gains for the whole conditioning time period I’ll at least be guaranteed gains with other non manual workouts.

Basic manual exercises (stretching and jelqing) are for conditioning and growing your penis. Once the gains stop, you should try out more advanced manual exercises (V-stretching, ulis, horses, bends etc.) and see how they work for you. Once you stop gaining from them, you should move to hanging and clamping. If you start doing hanging and clamping too early you’ll increase chance of getting injury and the tissue will harden much faster, making gains slower.

Since you’ve been doing PE for only 2 months, it’s too early to say how effective are basic manual exercises for you. It’s definitely too early to even consider clamping or hanging in my opinion.

Personally, I’ll do the newbie routine and squeeze out every gain that I can from it. After that I’ll start doing V-stretching. I hope to hit my length goal without hanging. After that I’ll start clamping without doing manual girth exercises before because I don’t like the way they’re done, they look too dangerous to me because of their dynamics. Clamping looks much more static and easier to control.

Hi
I’m sure it’s quite possible that some people don’t obtain any results from manual PE, but after switching to hanging or clamping see gains. At least I can recall from reading this forum, that there are always some people who have disproportionately better results from hanging than from stretches.
But.. That doesn’t necessarily mean that’s your case.
There is a whole set of possibilities one of which may apply to you:
1. Like you suggest, manual doesn’t work, advanced techniques work.
2. Neither manual, nor advanced methods work. Sometimes this happens.
3. Manual will eventually work for you, you just have to continue to go on.
4. Manual PE would have produced results already, had you done it more correctly (with better intensity and quantity).

Nobody exactly knows which case is yours. But IMHO manual PE usually should cause at least a very modest enlargement. Try to experiment with different duration of workouts (don’t be afraid to even temporary overtrain yourself, that’s not lethal at all), with various angles of stretches, with different levels of toughness of jelqing strokes. There is no dramatic difference between stretches and hanging, high erection jelqing and clamping, respectively. So, my advice would be: explore all options and combinations of manual exercises in order to determine what suits you penis best and try to obtain at least some results. But, once again, it might well be that option 1 from the list really relates to you.

I understand this is an old thread, but I have a question anyways that kind of relates to the following:

Snip..

So for girth, would it be dumb to go from clamping back to manual exercises? Or once you clamp, is that as advanced as you can get, meaning there is no point in doing manual exercises at that point? I have recently switched from clamping to manual exercises for a few reasons, and am curious about this. Or can the order of girth exercises that UpTo7 said be changed? I have had a hard time gaining from clamping, so has my tissue hardened?
