Hanging replace manual streching?
Based on:
1. Manual stretching is basically the same as hanging
2. Manual stretching has bigger stretch force than hanging (normal weight)
Correct?
If it’s correct, then why newbie should not start hanging with low weight instead of manual stretching?
I just made my vac-hanger, and I tried it today, it gives a better stretch than using bare hand, I tried 2.25 pound hanging, and the stretch is even less than manual stretching using bare hand. And we all know that many newbies has problem with the grip at the beginning, then, once again, why shouldn’t newbie start hanging since the beginning?
Am no expert on this, I would like to know what experts and vets think about this.
