Hanging, hanging – my pain in the ass!

After 2 years of PE experience and almost no gains in length (actually some gains ca. 0.3 inches), 5 months ago I decided to give a try to hanging. I’m an extremely hard gainer – concerning length; so much so, that it seems that hanging is my last hope for length gains, but the 4 months of hanging experience I had (mostly with the Bib-starter and about 2 week of attempts with the Redi-stertcher), brought me just pain in the ass (actually in the foreskin – I am uncut).

After 4 months of intense hanging - gains in erected length only between 1/16 and 1/8 inch.
I was used to hang 4-6 sets a day of 20 min. each - 6 days a week.
SD – max weight 20 lb.
SO – max weight 22.5 lb.
Most of the time I hung SO because of my low LOT (between 6 and 6:30 o’clock) using between 17.5 and 20 lb.
I started with 6 lb and increased the weight with about 1-2 lb. every week.
Because I’m uncut, I had a lot of issues with foreskin irritation and bulge on the rim of the foreskin so that I had to take often 2-3 days off; last time it was so bad that it took 3 weeks for the bulge to disappear. Since then every time I start hanging after the 1st set it comes again. Therefore I had to stop hanging and return to manual stretches, that didn’t bring me any gains yet…

I am so frustrated with my foreskin that many, many times I was about to go to my urologist and just tell him to cut this annoying piece of skin off. I even scheduled an appointment once but then got scared and canceled it.

Do you guys know some kind of powerful grip (for manual stretches), that would allow me to hold the grip for more than 3 min (this is currently the max time that my grip can last before my hands get too tired).

Before some of you tries to recommend me the Redi-stretcher, let me tell you that I tried it many times already, but cannot find a way how to clamp it good enough. My foreskin is the problem again. The foreskin together with the skids of the stretcher slides gradually over the head of the penis, whenever I try to apply more than 10 lb. So I have to remove the Redi-stertcher, otherwise I am afraid I would experience a super power jelq, that can be extremely dangerous.

Dude hang BTC. That’s where I get all my sore ligs and gains from. So far .75 inch in length in about 6-7 months. But I took off for a while so it’s more like 3 months. I’m at 12.5 lbs as I don’t want to move up to fast. I want to get all the gains I can with a weight level before I move up. It’s not bench pressing and I think you might have moved up in weight a little to quickly. I move up in weight 2.5 lbs every 5-6 weeks. Gotta traction wrap right after a good hanging session of 6 sets. With ace bandage. Make sure you ADS is keeping your dick very long in length for at least an hour. Or a good jelq session after your sets.

But I would say take 1-2 months off from hanging. Move all the way back down in weight to 5 lbs. And start over with a lot of angles. OTS and BTC. Maybe even hang to the sides.

Were you ADSing between hang sessions, keeping extended for as much time as possible?

Guys, thank you very much for your replies! I appreciate your concern. First I did hang BTC for about 2 weeks before I got the Bib and before I read probably 60+ % of all the threads on hanging in this forum. So I measured my LOT and after consulting with BIB I new that I had to hang at upper angles. BTW I tried the low angels mostly SD for more than a month and I know that it doesn’t work very well for me. I got a little bit sore in the ligs first when I moved to 17+ lb. range, but this was nothing in comparison to the effect on my shaft when I tried several times OTS hanging, even with much lesser weight. The problem is that the Bib-starter burses me too much in OTS so I gave it up and moved to SO.

I have to take at least 2 month of break from hanging before I attempt again, because my foreskin still remember the injury and everytime I try to hand with the Bib for more than 15 min, I get this annoying bulge on the rim of my foreskin.

I am hanging right now OTS with the GripSystem – kind of vacuum hanger that promised a lot and costs a lot, but I cannot apply more than 10 lb on it, because it hurts like hell. So right now I hang 7.5 lb what is bearable, but not very effective. I can do it for 50 + min with this weight, and then I get some soreness in the shaft, but it is not what I expected it to be.

Regarding the question of ADS I didn’t use one, because I couldn’t apply anything on my dick after a hanging session – the foreskin was very sore and extreeeeeeeemly sensitive (more than my glans was). So I just applied Arnica Gel and had to wait for at least 12 hours before I can apply hanger or whatsoever on my dick.

BTW a moth ago I used a PeniMaster ADS with modified head (vacuum attachment) so that I could stretch my dick almost indefinitely long. I applied the maximum stretch of the PM (1.3 kg ~ 3 lb) for 1.5 hours at a time. Extremely effective stretch and believed or not fatigue like I haven’t experienced before. The problem - the PM caused me an injury – at the base of my penis, where the supporting ring pushes toward my Pubic Bone the ring had put too much pressure on a lymphatic vessel and it got sore like hell – my dick became twice as big as normal.

In short I had to stop using PM and most of the time do manual stretches. No results for now.

I can do it for 50 min? Not all at once. I hang for a 15-18 min sets with the bib. You talk alot about pain. Pain is bad and if you have unbearable pain during your hanging session then you are doing something wrong. Whoever the guy who said “no pain no gain” —— That guy was over-training and not gaining. Hanging for only 2 weeks BTC doesn’t prove anything. I don’t pay attention to my lot to much maybe I should but I don’t.

If you get a bad bump when you hang for more then 15 min then that is your dick telling you ” Hey man don’t hang this weight off of me for more then 15 min.” That’s all I hang for cause if I go 20 min my head just can’t take it. But I just do a few more sets.

You seem discouraged throw that fucking ruler out man and don’t measure for 4 months. Just do your time. Hang strong and long.

I will stick for another 2 or 3 months with my manual stretches and vacuum hanging - low weights -7.5 - 8 lb. and see what will happen.
I agree - pain is bad, therefore I stopped hanging with the Bib and will not do it till my dick has forgotten totally the injury.

Juri Are not not wrapping well? For hanging a good wrap is essential. Make sure you wrap your dick well with a soft cloth. Not very tight but just tight enough to let you pee easily. This should solve much of your skin problem.

I’m uncut too and I don’t really have a problem with the hanger sliding off over my glans. I tighten it quite hard but since I have a good wrap there is no blood vessel constriction. The past 3 months I’ve been hanging has to been good since I’m making progress with my flaccid length , although no signs of increase in EL. Guess that will come with time.

Bulge at the tip is common for uncut hangers(IMO). A good hot wrap after hanging should solve much of the discomfort.

First regarding the wrap I feel very comfortable and there is no problem with my foreskin for the first 2 or 3 sets – no pain, no whatsoever…

My hanger never slides over my glans… This is not my problem, neither do I have any problem with the tip of my glans – the problem is my foreskin that gets irritated through the hanging session. The bulge that I got is not on the tip of the glans, but of the rim of the foreskin.

I suppose the problem was the weight – around 20 lb. (around 9 kg). Obviously it was too much not for my penis, but for my foreskin.

BTW what kind of weights do you hang? I suppose no more than 10 lb. Wait till you get in the 15+ lb range and talk to me about having no problems to hang uncut.

What kinda weights? I don’t think that matters much. I hang about 15-20lbs depending on How much time I have on hand. Lots of time means lower weights and more sets and vice verse.

Juri! Sorry this is what I was referring to when I said “weights sliding over your glans” . Sorry for the error.
I’m assuming that you pull your foreskin back , Wrap and the put the stretcher on.. Well In that case you could never solve your problem of the skids sliding over because you got no traction to hold it in place. Alternatively, if you did not pull the foreskin back and along with a good grip of the stretcher you would not experience the problem. Skin over your glans would be added protection.

I’m uncut and I don’t retract the foreskin before I wrap and hang/stretch. True that not retracting the foreskin would stretch you skin further. IMO It is better than the skids sliding over your Glans.

Juri in my opinion, you should do one angle at a time, and just focus on that angle.SD is a waste in my opinion.I think you should concentrate solely on BTC until you get all your Lig gains then only after you’ve gained at BTC move to any other angles
