Should I feel pain when Hanging

I have a hanger which does the job good, I can use 3lbs and not feel pain. But when I use 5 or more It hurts. I can stretch at an upward angle and no problems. I use my own creation to hang and stretch upward with. It feels like the skin is being torn, I don’t see any blood or bruising. But It feels like I’m pulling a car with it.

Stick with the lower weight until your penis gets use to the idea. Plain english—- STOP using the higher weight for the time being.

The phrase no pain, no gain, has no business being on a PE forum. Pain equals long break to heal, reducing gains.

See this is were i get confused. I have heard from several senior hangers who say that the key to growth is to keep the ligs in a constant state of stretch. They claim that its when you let the ligs heal that the actual growth begins to stop. Others say that its when you let your member heal that you see the gains occur.

What gives?

If you haven’t been hanging for long your skin may need to adjust more to hanging. If it feels like your skin is ripping off at the base of your penis, maybe you need to stick with the lighter weight and let your skin more time to “stretch” using the lighter weight.

Sunshine and Size are on the money for people who are new to hanging. You have to get past the whole “Indian Burn”skin stretch stuff first. If you are in your first month of consistent hanging, this would make a good rule of thumb. If you are consistently experienced then what you say about vet’s advice would apply. The first month is about learning to adjust the hanger, get used to it, etc…. more than any gain you get.

I have been hanging for about 3 weeks. I will give it time, but hanging seems to get the best results. I have read about certain users using 20 - 30 lbs. That seems like alot.

Start small- a lot of people seem to think that they need to hang with as much as they can bear as soon as possible.. in fact a lot of people feel that that is complete bull. Hang with a few pounds and you will feel the ligs being pulled- it will not hurt. Hang with that weight for as long as you are seeing good results and then change angles going through all the angles till you have exhausted all the gains you can get for each angle with that weight. then add a little more weight and repeat. If you move up in weight too fast you may not get all the gains you can. It’s not like weight lifting- it’s a slow progression.

Also you may wish to consider a good ADS like p.e. weights

Try making a wench it’s a very comfortable hanger and it cost pennies to make. You should not have pain with 5 pounds even as new as you are. It’s time that gets you most of the hanging gains, it took me about a year before I hung with 25 pounds. Most of the time I stuck with about 15-20 pounds and made the best gains hanging for at least 2 hours a day.
