Recently I have stumbled upon a frustration in my pe quest. I am embarking upon my fourth month plus of pe, the first three devoted to penile “conditioning” - aka jelquing and manual stretching only. After this period of whipping the ‘ol cock into shape, I felt eager to step up to the plate and try hanging, after going from 5.75in to 6.00 in length after the first three inital months. The first ten days of hanging were great, the ligs felt sore and the tunica was stretched well. However, after the 10 days I noticed that the skin around charlie was getting looser and hanging became more difficult. Three weeks later I am currently in a bind as I have been hanging with even more weights to try to target my tunica and ligs, however, I seem to be working nothing other than the skin. I ditched hanging the past couple of days to resort back to manual stretching and I notice this too is difficult. While manually stretching it is hard to target the ligs. Point is I now have too much loose skin. Has anyone else out there in pe land had this problem? I need assistance on how to better grip the cock and get some good hanging in. Seems I have lost gains, somewhere now like 5.78. I realize that having extra skin could be an advantage in growth. Should I ditch hanging all together? By the way, I am hanging laying down 30-40 min/day using the theraband/gauze wrap tied to a sock with about 10lbs weight. I call it bed hanging because the weights drape off the footrest of my bed.

It sounds like your hanger is not grasping the internal structures, but rather simply attaching to the skin. If you don’t want to buy one, there are several good homemade hangers you can make that will do a better job than a sock. The homemade Bib instructions are at the top of this section. One of my goals was to restore my foreskin, so I grew even more than needed for my gains. Once internal gains start, it is not as noticeable.

Thanks for your insight, bib. I want to invest in one of your hangers just don’t have the cash flow right now. In the meantime I have been using the wrap suggested on the tom hubbard site. I have substituted the V design (bamboo, sticks, whatever) with a simple velcro strap that can be pulled mega tight around the theraband wrap and penis. What I am finding is that no matter how tight the strap, I am failing to cling to the internal structures. Are you suggesting I proceed to Tom’s V design? Don’t get me wrong, I think that the loose skin is a plus, and will benefit my potential growth. But step two is where I am finding difficulty - stressing the internal ligs and tunica. I always appreciate your time and efforts in helping us strugglers out.

Just to chime into your question, as for stretch marks, SS4, I have found that the follicles around the shaft are indications of strectching. They no longer appear as dots but rather small elliptical pores. During flaccid they are noticeable. However, they only appear underneath the shaft. Even if they are ugly, they can’t be detected when rock hard. For me, that’s all that counts.

I got stretch marks, but they were not so ugly. They have since disappeared.

If your hanger cannot grasp the internal shaft structures, generally the only solid place to grasp is the head. Tom’s design will at least grasp on the sides of the head rather than the top and can be fine if you pay attention. The hangers that just grasp the skin cannot do very much.

How does the bib grab on to internal structures? Do you have to have some blood in the CC in between the head and the bibStarter. I have the bibStarter so I was curious because I am also having this same problem.

Bib, how can I hang and grasp in the head area comfortably? I think it’s not that comfortable than the shaft. I, btw, also have problems with loose skin.
