I’m uncircumcised and during manual stretches, after retracting the foreskin, while stretching I end up kind of pulling the skin back over the head. It’s kind of like whats suppose to happen during dry jelq but to a lesser extent. Is this suppose to happen?

I’m uncut too. I first found stretching with my foreskin was very tough. Ok let try this, use a little moisturizing cream, apply on your penis and your hand. Actually it helps for easy stretching since the skin is not so dry nor rough. Retract your foreskin back and place your OK grip (or hold) below the glans and stretch :D

You can also stretch one or two inches below the glans with your foreskin, just hold your penis a little tighter.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Getting a good grip for stretching is the hardest thing about PE for me, and I am circumcized. I have to grip tightly right behind the glans, sometimes putting my thumb on the glans itself. Another thing that helps, but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea, is to slightly bend the head up, and push against the shaft. If I try and grip just the shaft itself, I also end up just pulling skin.
