Manual Stretching And Pumping Routine

Hi All:

I’ve been lurking for some time but this is my first post. Last year I spent about three months doing the newbie routine with very limited results. I have since then started a new routine consisting of only manual stretching and pumping. I have been stretching twice a day for 15 minutes at a time and pumping for twice a day for 15 minutes at a time, staying below 6 hg at all times. For various reasons, I would prefer to avoid jelqing.

I’m curious to know if other members have followed similar routines and if so, if they were successful and how long it took to see results. I know this will be a slow process and I plan on putting the time in and gradually increasing the duration of my stretching and pumping sessions. Thanks!
