Manual stretching kills my EQ

If I stretch (as per the newbie routine) it seems to kill my EQ for a couple of days. I can jelq all day long and it doesn’t affect me. Is this common?

I think i have the same problem. I become really sore as soon as I implement more stretching into my routine, so I avoid the long stretching sessions.
I am really into bodybuilding and a common myth says that stretching is really good for your muscles. That is a false statement, whereas static stretching is actually bad for your muscles(if the purpose is not to be more flexible ie martial artist).
The penis is not a muscle, but Im not entirely convinced that it is good for the penis to do static stretching. But everyone does what works for them, and stretching doesnt seem to be efficient for me :)

It makes no difference whether it’s common or not. What it means is that for YOU, you need to back right off on this exercise. Try almost no tension at all. You may find your EQ actually goes up if you do this. If it still goes down, you will have to leave stretching for a few months and come back to it later when your cock is better conditioned. Then rinse and repeat.

If I stretch before I jelq I have a real problem getting wood so I just haven’t been doing any for a couple of weeks now. I am just trying to work out what I can replace them with as I can’t just jelq can I? To be honest I’m not really worried about length anyway more girth but will no stretching affect my quest for girth?

That makes a lot more sense. I think I will give it 15 seconds of stretching because lately I have been having the same problem where my EQ is down.

Like for example today, he was completely turtled. Even during school.

I pulled to hard, in my case the right tension is vital to gaining length and also get better EQ.

My opinion about 2 months in with good results - you want your dick semi-chubby around the clock. BLOOD is your best friend. Back off masturbating, learn to come less frequently. But above all you want that dick in a semi chub nearly around the clock. EQ should by improving.

If EQ is shot, that means the smooth muscle won’t relax, limited blood infusion, PC/IC/BC muscles get weak from lack of use, dick is not firing on all cylinders..

I do gentle PE in the morning for 5 minutes pre shower just to walk around the morning with my dick with blood in it. I can feel it working all morning.

I agree that the 30 seconds as per the newbie routine was a little much for me. Just beneath the base of my penis, on the top left portion would get pretty sore (a bad sore).

I plan to start back up at 7 seconds for three weeks, then bump it to 15 seconds and see what happens.

I know that this thread is pretty old but does stretching have do make the EQ go down? Has anyone got better EQ from stretching?

I have to agree with this, I have been jelqing for about a month now and my EQ was great after, then I added some stretching to the routine and EQ was almost nil. Took a period of time off EQ was back and jelq only and it is all back to normal now. This is my experience which I limited mileage may vary.
