Manual Stretching makes my EQ worse
Hey guys.
To give you some context, I’ve started doing PE 2 weeks ago and I went with Linear Newbie Routine.
My routine for the last 2 weeks are:
- 5 mins warm up
- Jelqing 10-40 times, 3 seconds each (I added 10 reps every 2 sessions)
- 5 mins warm down
So far, I saw an increase in EQ. I had night wood for the first time ever and stronger erection.
This week , according to the routine, I have to add manual stretching. I had one day off before doing it for 2 sessions. When I stretch, I do it with more than enough force to feel the pull at my base. This is what I’ve observed.
First session (yesterday): My night wood is gone. Still had an erection, although not as strong.
Second session (today): Both morning and night wood are gone. No erection at all. My flaccid looks a bit longer. I kinda start to realized that I stretch with a bit too much force.
I’m considered taking a 3 days break, maybe up to 1 week after this happened.
What can I do to improve on this? Do I have to start stretching with less time and force? Any advice? Thanks in advance.
Current (2023-10-29): 5.71" BPEL, 4.49" EG

Ultimate Goal: 7" BPEL, 5.5" EG
