New to PE, manual stretching feels like only skin stretching?

Hello all, new here. I’ve watched a lot of the videos here on the site and read a lot. I’m doing manual stretching, basic stretches. I’ve just noticed that I never really feel like my penis is being stretched, only my skin. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? I grip behind the glans and bunch up the skin so it folds over the glans. I really feel the stretch at the base of my penis in the skin.

Just looking for an experts opinion.

Thanks. Concerned though, if only stretch up towards the body am limiting my potential growth?

Push the skin back from the glans when you stretch and grip robustly. If you feel much forward movement of the grip, potentially you are being soft. Alternatively, wrap a 1.5” x 8” approx piece of t-shirt offcut tightly over and behind the glans in a spiral, pushing all the blood out, then grip that. This method has the advantage of preventing a grip pushing extra blood into the glans and effectively the pressure on the glans holding the grip in place. Always grip with the majority of pressure on the sides of the penis: no pressure on the bottom and top is good.

If I’m pushing the skin away from the head am I using the head to grip or gripping the penis tightly right behind the head while putting no pressure on it?

Don’t put pressure on the glans, grip tightly behind. You may even want to push blood out of the head before setting your grip, if you are not using the t-shirt strip method.

If you feel skin stretching, stop immediately and reapply. Also it’s good to ease into a stretch rather than snapping into it. There’s a qualitative difference.
