Lubricant Selection for PE

Lubricant Selection for PE

Lubricant Selection for PE: Mineral Oil/Petroleum Based lubricant, Plant or Animal base oil and Essential Oils

Some time ago I started training for Massage. Part of that training involves the education and use of base oils and essential oils (also referred to as Aromatherapy). I admit before starting the course I had little to no interest in Aromatherapy and I was happy to just use a hypoallergenic oil but after a few lessons, a workbook and a text book I admit I’ve developed quite a fascination for the use of plant and animal derived oils for use on and within the body.

Do you know what you are putting on your skin?
When people use creams, lotions and lubricants they don’t consider what they’re putting on their skin. Your skin covers your entire body and mucous membranes line the openings of our body (inside of the eyelids, inside the nose, anus, vagina, inside the mouth etc). Both of these linings absorb what you put on them, so you have to ask Is it wise to be putting an oil derivitive on your penis?

Mineral Oil is bad stuff full of all sorts of carcinogens but because it’s so cheap to produce it often takes first preference for use in every day life. The shampoo you use is most likely a derivitive of mineral oil/petroleum, same with your moisturiser (Sorbelene for example) and there’s also your cologne or aftershave. If you use a mineral oil/petroleum derivitive with added vitamin E or other helpful additives then you may as well not bother. Our skin has difficulty absorbing mineral/petroleum oil so those additives are a waste of time. Our bodies weren’t designed to absorb mineral oil. Plant and animal oils are absorbed quite easily, have numerous benefits and don’t evaporate like water based lubricants.

But then what about water based lubricants or supplements? Are they still safe?

Well take this for an example:
I have a tube of Vitamin E Gel with added Aloe Vera and Glycerin. I bought it because as we all know Vitamin E, Aloe Vera and Glycerin are good for the skin but here’s the ingredient list:
Aqua, Aloe Vera Gel, Glycerin, Oleth-20 , Tocopheryl Acetate , Triethanolamine , Carbomer, DMDM Hydantoin , Diazolidinyl Urea , Parfum (Fragrance), FD&C Yellow #5 , FD&C Yellow #6 .

If you read the links within the ingredient list you can see that almost all of the ingredients are potential cancer causers and other various nasties like preventing healing and cell regeneration, messing with the endocrine system, increasing the ability to develop allergis and more. I’ve been rubbing this shit on my dick for the last 4-5 weeks and all the while I was wondering Why is my cock getting cold everytime I rub this stuff in!? And why are my erections getting worse!?. Without realising it, I may have been sending myself backwards by using this stuff. I also had a water based lubricant with added vitamin E that I would use for edging. I don’t have the bottle anymore so I can’t look up the ingredients but I have no doubt it’s bad shit as well.

I’ve just now thrown out that tube of death.

Plant Based Oils

At college during one of our classes we were allowed to make up our own oils to take home and try for ourselves. There were 9 different oils and we were allowed to use any combination of these up to a maximum total of 50ml (of oil). As soon as the teacher said go for it the class was busy combining and mixing their different combinations choosing oils that they either liked the colour of or its’ scent. By this stage I had learned a little about the oils from the teacher but we also had our textbooks. I wanted to create an oil that was based on it’s therapeutic benefits rather than it’s colour or smell.

Little did they know these oils were going on my dick.

I eventually settled on using 30ml of a Pure Sweet Almond Oil as the base, 10ml of Pure Virgin Avocado Oil and 10ml of Pure Rose Hip oil. So far I’ve been using it and it’s fucking wonderful. I drip around 2-3ml of this oil on my penis and it stays lubricated for over an hour and my skin feels soft, smooth and warm. I also have another cream made from Sweet Almond/Apricot Kernel base with some essential oils added but I’ll discuss those a little later on.

Here are the list of oils we had to choose from:
NOTE: All oils are pure, concentrated solutions from the original plant. Some oils you buy in the supermarkets or health food shops may be a percentage based solution of the original product.

Some terms explained:

Right now I’m going to take a break and I’ll come back later with a post on Essential Oils. I’ve been using a cream with added essential oils for the last 3 days and I’ve had great results and great experiences with it. Yesterday I wanted to test this cream and I pumped/clamped/edged throughout the day for an estimated total of 5 hours (6 sets done throughout the day). When I finished my last set I had a rock hard flaccid that was nearly half its’ normal length. Around 30 minutes after rubbing this cream into my penis it was almost back to normal. This morning I woke up with a great erection and continued with my normal routine.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Essential Oils

Essential Oils and their Uses
NOTE: Essential Oils are highly concentrated solutions that can cause illness, injury or possibly death. For instance 5ml of Eucalyptus Oil is enough to kill. The concentration of menthol and other substances in the solution is so strong it will burn internal organs and should never be consumed or used internally (in the anus or vagina etc). If you're in doubt, don't use it. If you decide to use any essential oils it's best you understand them well.

As mentioned before, it’s much cheaper to use Mineral Oil/Petroleum derivitives then it is to use oils from Plants or Animals. This is because to produce the oil in it’s desired concentration a large amount of produce needs to be used. But considering the costs associated with producing these oils they are still widely used particularly in the food and beverage industry. The food and beverage industry also happen to be the largest user of essential oils so at some point during the week you’ve had food that has been flavoured or scented with an essential oil.

Since WWII essential oils have been studied and researched with new discoveries being made regularly. A number of ailments that have been found to be alleviated through the use of essential oils and aromatherapy . And there is more here . In France it would not be unusual to receive a treatment using Essential Oils as research has proven their effectiveness in treating certain ailments.

There are three methods for using an Essential Oil:

  • Ingested - Swallowed (not recommended unless advised by a professional).
  • Inhaled - Most common method but certain oils can have bad effects eg. Nutmeg Oil is an Hallucinogen.
  • Topical Application - Commonly used in massage.

Additional information when using Essential Oils:
  • Neat - Applied without dilution (Not recommended unless advised by a professional).
  • Diluted - Mixed with a carrier oil.

For the last 3 days I’ve been using a Sweet Almond/Apricot Kernel base cream with 5ml Evening Primrose Oil (base oil), 3% Geranium Oil (Essential) and 2% Grapefruit Oil (Essential). After applying this cream my penis and any areas it was applied becomes warm, soft and heavy even after a hard PE session like yesterday’s effort.

How to determine the percentage(%) of oil to use with your base oil or cream

It’s important to get the blend right. Using too much of an essential oil can cause serious problems as mentioned earlier so it’s necessary to get the dosage right.

A simple way to determine how much you need is to use a 10ml base.
Using a 10ml Base:

  • 1% = 2 Drops
  • 2% = 4 Drops
  • 3% = 6 Drops

So in a 30ml cream I used 18 drops of Geranium Oil and 12 drops of Grapefruit Oil.

Wow a lot to read here thanks I will save it for when I am hanging at computer at home will definitely read it over thanks.

I swear by aloe vera.

Start- Some time in 2004.. 6" BPEL, 4.5" Mid-EG (Really lazy at PE)

Current.. 7.8" BPEL, 5.7" Mid-EG

Goal(Time to get serious).. 8" BPEL, 6" Mid-EG

I’ve just mixed up another small batch of Geranium and Grapefruit cream. We were out of Evening Primrose oil so I couldn’t add that. I’ll see if it makes a difference. So far this cream is fantastic for giving a constant heavy and warm flaccid even on some of the colder nights we’ve had here. I think I’ll be using it regularly from now on.

In addition to this mix I’ve also made a Black Peppercorn and Ginger cream. Going to try it out over the next week. I just put some on about 15 minutes ago and so far it’s not as effective as the Geranium/Grapefruit mix. My penis feels warm and heavy but it feels firm. Not something I was hoping for.

What about Johnson’s Baby Oil?

The best lubricants that I have found is xanthan or guar gum. Both can be found at most health food stores for under $5.00 that will last you a lifetime of pud pulling. ;^)

What I’ve done is to use a tiny little scoop of the above and put it into a small bottle that previously held some Astroglide. Throw in a little warm water and shake the heck out of it, then fill it close to the brim with as pure of a water as you can. With high mineral content waters, the solution may not thicken. It’s so inexpensive that you can fool around with the formula and it will only cost you pennies.

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to reach full “thickness”. Once it does, use as any other lubricant. If it starts to get sticky, the addition of a small amount of water is all it needs to reactivate the slipperiness. Feel free to use it on any orifice, but be aware that people with severe allergies to glutens may not tolerate it. Just do a search on Wikipedia if you need any more info.

Let me know what you think!

So far I’m not liking this combination. It doesn’t leave me flaccid soft and pliable. I’ll stick with the Geranium & Grapefruit mix for now.

I’m VERY interested in this thread. I’ve always had a strong suspicion that the Johnson’s Baby Oil with vitamin E and aloe vera may have helped me gain when I used it in my first year of PE, except it gave me horrible acne so I quit using it… and I’m a firm believer that anytime you get acne after puberty it’s your body telling you that whatever you ate/drank/absorbed into your skin had a bunch of shit in it. The Astroglide I use now is much better, however my dick doesn’t feel the same and the gains are much slower (the obvious newbie gains aside I still think the baby oil helped because there were times I just manned up and switched back to the oil, and gains resumed).

I’d like to combine the best of both worlds if I could and create a lube with the vitamin E and aloe vera, but maybe with a vegetable oil base, although those cautions for each essential oil are scaring me haha. I know it’s probably not rocket science to make something, but this is my dick I’m dealing with and I REALLY don’t wanna fuck up the dilution stuff.

What about getting an aloe vera gel and breaking some vitamin e capsules into it? Although I am taking vitamin e orally now and may not even need it…

All I use for jelqing and body massage is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It stays slippery for a long time and he clean up is easy.

I also used EVOO. Don’t remember why I stopped. It really does last a long time.

I’ve only used Olive oil for PE, but got a bit apprehensive when I read about the whole DHT thing. Granted I haven’t done any PE in a while for various reasons but I guess I would have to choose which lubricant to use when I pick it up again. Would be much easier it there were an “industry standard” lol. Doesn’t have to be something that even assists gains as long as it does the job and isn’t harmful.
