In a routine that has stretching as a primary exercise, is it worth exercising more than an hour a day? or is it a waste of time?

I think it’s to much. 20-30 minutes should be enough.

For me it feels like it’s impossible to get any more stretch after 10-15 min. My dick feels like a rubberband when starting stretching but after those 10-15 minutes of stretching he feels more like a rope. I keep on stretching for 5-10 min just to get the most out of it.

I think the time stretching depends on the level of intensity being used.

I can keep it for 3-5 minutes.
I do this routine before bedtime while sitting on my bed in the butterfly position and then stretching toward my feet. This position is very relaxing and removes all tension from the pelvic floor. I could do this for a long time as it is very meditative and relaxing.
