Manual Stretching, The pulse Stretch
So, even though this is my first Post in this Forum, I‘ve started my PE journey long beforehand. Now I want to share my way of manual stretching.
Doing my method only, I gained about 1,2 inches in about 4 Months.
I would work out everyday for about 30 Minutes, With a simple Manual stretching routine (Down, Side, Up) with the only difference being that when I pulled there was constant tension but also a pulsing I did with my hand in the pull direction for the last bit of stretch.
I‘ve gotten great results with this and I would love to hear what you guys think about it, and or if you do something similar.
