Masturbation Damage
Hi all,
Started PE back in 2015, been on and off Jelqing, extending and bathmate pumping. Never really got into a routine that lasted more than 3 months but I did see minuscule results which is amazing! Before I start my log again I wanted to inquire about tissue damage from chronic masturbation. Being obese and having social anxiety most of my life I had and still sort of have a serious problem with chronic masturbation. I am cut, and at the back of my glands there seems to be an indentation or compressed tissue that fits my left hand perfectly and I assume that this is from years of masturbation. The left side of my glans are full and healthy with a normal glans shape from top to bottom but on the problem side it basically looks like that part of the glans is crushed or compressed and it has caused a weird curvature and reduced girth in the area. I shall post pics when I get a chance but in a nutshell if I stop masturbation completely for a few months will my penis heal and go back to whatever it should look like naturally? My only guess/hope is that the body will return to homeostasis and it should return back to natural size, similar to when we lose our gains from skipping PE sessions. I want to cut down my body fat, let my penis heal, and also quit smoking and alcohol so I have a full idea of what my actual starting size will be naturally, any tips on helping my penis rejuvenate itself? Not looking for a quick fix, my new found self-discipline wants it too take all the time it needs to fully return too its size and if I could help it with natural herbal remedies it would be awesome. Currently have Yohimbe and Man 1-oil in my PE box as well as some Cialis. I also have the new Phallosan Forte, the sizegenetics and the bathmate x30 if anyone has any recommendations for using these during the process. Thanks in advance for listening and feel free to comment, positive or negative, everything is welcome.
PS. If your wondering why I have all the devices but no gains its because I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and prior to this I had
A lot of compulsive spending issues that were caused by looking to transform myself into the person I wanted to be without putting in work and effort.
