My clamping nerve damage and healing process
Hello everybody. Sorry, I know this isn’t the injury sub-forum but I can’t post there yet.
I was hoping my first contribution to the Forum would be something better than documenting my nerve damage but here I am.
I’ve chosen to share my story and document my journey to healing because it seems there’s been quite a few other people who have reported nerve damage. In a lot of these cases, they disappear and never follow up about their injury. I am hoping that this thread can somehow help somebody, Especially newbies.
My nerve damage was caused by clamping. Or clamping was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I’ll get into the details after a little back story.
I started my PE with bathmate pumping, and jelqing. Not much stretching. I started with an BPEL of 6” and a MSEG of 4”, I gained about 5/8” BPEL and 1/4” MSEG. I eventually ran into a wall and kept pushing for awhile with no more gains. I decided to take a decon break.
During my decon it was very tough not to jelq or squeeze my unit and when I started to lose a noticeable amount of erect girth, I decided to resume PE after 3 weeks.
When I resumed PE on 2-7-17, I started back with 1on/1off - 5 min warmup with rice sock, 10 min assisted stretches (mostly SD) with a Captns wench and 50 slow, medium intensity dry jelqs that never felt uncomfortable pressure wise.
I would do the first 25 jelqs and then put on a cock ring to hold engorgement while I reheated using freshly heated rice sock. Then I would do my last 25 jelqs with a doubled up condom ring behind the glans for more glans gains.
I was amazed at how much better my tissues were responding to the routine. It was so much easier to get good expansion with way less force than I was used to. I felt that my decon was successful.
I was gaining girth and length with this routine for about a week while I increased to 80 jelqs, 40 of which were done with a glans condom ring. I should have continued on that path.
Instead, I fell into the more is better attitude LONG before I would have exhausted the jelqing gains and added 1 x 5 min clamping set. Great expansion and the thickness lingered long after the workouts. No red spots or negative PI’s besides temporary drop in EQ. Literally about 20 minutes after exiting the clamp and I could achieve a 100% erection.
I quickly increased to 2 x 5 min sets and was gaining quickly. I also would do about 4 or 5 clamp sessions separated through the day on Saturdays when I had time to regain my EQ before the evening when my wife would be expecting sex.
After the first 2 weeks of clamping, I was measuring 4 7/16” MSEG pre workout. I was hooked and my glans was becoming much more sensitive in what I thought was a good way.
I did notice a couple times I would get some mild numbing sensations when I would try to clamp for 10 min. So I would immediately exit the clamp and squeeze blood out and massage and jelq in fresh blood. The numb sensations went away. I wonder if that was the beginning of my nerve damage.
This also occurred once on the second Saturday of 4 to 5 clamp sessions. I was receiving some nice oral from my wife while clamped and I noticed rather quickly that I was going flaccid which was unusual for my clamping. I also noticed I couldn’t feel much of what she was doing with her mouth so I exited the clamp. The numbness went away after fresh blood was supplied.
I should have stopped and reevaluated my clamping situation at this point.
The 3rd Saturday (3-11-2017) I did my usual routine and did my first 5 min clamp set which was I eventful. When I did my 2nd set I had my guy wrapped up in the heat sock and was trying to relax into the expansion as usual so I didn’t notice that my glans felt numb until my timer went off and I unwrapped the heat sock.
I squeezed, massaged and jelqed but the feeling was not coming back. After about 2 minutes of this I realized that I had done damage to my nerves. I tried to have sex with my wife after achieving erection only to find out that I couldn’t feel enough of her insides to keep me hard. I became quite depressed and had to explain to her that I have nerve damage and can almost feel nothing with the top and sides of my glans. Glans sensations are incredibly dull now. I explain to her it may be several months before we can have good sex due to the damage.
I decided what I wasn’t going to do was sit around and cry about it. I was going to take the necessary steps to aid my healing process. I’m confident that my nerve damage will heal and I will feel normal sensations again.
Currently every night, I’m doing alternating heat packs and cold packs. I’ve also began taking a product called Nerve fix which has all sorts of homeopathic goodies to support healthy nerve growth and function. Also started taking some Methyl B1 and methyl B12 with folic acid which I’ve read are the best B vitamins for nerve health and regeneration. Also taking Vitamin E and a Serrapeptase Nattokinase combo just in case scar tissue is contributing to the damage
After the first night I was able to maintain an erection through sex and with some effort even achieved an orgasm. My situation could be alot worse. I’m glad I’m able to have sex with my wife even though it can be difficult to achieve orgasm. She really turns me on even after seven years so that definitely helps.
4 days after the accident (4-15) I am starting to notice the sensation is a little less dull than it was before. And actually rubbing my glans with my finger can be almost slightly painful in a very light stingy sort of way even though the sensation is still very dull. Hard to explain.
I’ll pop back to inform you guys of any new sensations I regain and answer any questions.
All in all I’d say to the newbies, this is a classic “listen to your dick and don’t rush the ramping intensity when there’s no need for it” story.
