Nerve damage from clamping

Woa woa. I almost turned insane last night, did some clamping and after my final set my entire dick felt NUMB. Like it went to sleep. I slapped it around for a bit and tried to push in fresh blood to get it awake again but the numbness remained.

Its now almost 24 hours and it has been better but still not what it used to be.

You could say I am worried, I guess this kind of injury needs time to heal it self. Any word of advice, tips to speed up healing process or simple encouragement? :)

I’ve had numbness when I’ve left the clamp on too long, but it hasn’t generally persisted for as long as 24 hours. As it’s got somewhat better over 24 hours, I would expect it will continue to improve. Try not to worry about it unless it totally stops recovering, which is unlikely. Give it a rest for a few days.

I’ve never had nerve damage in my penis but have had a similar problem in my arm a couple of times, goes numb if i lean on it the wrong way.

It never lasts more than a day or two and completely recovers if that helps .

Thanks guys. Four days now, hard to say if there is much improvement. If there is its small.

Two weeks. Its gotten better but very slowly and still not what it used to be. Hope it will continue to improve.

Fortunately yes, but lately it seems there has been no improvement. So I’m keeping fingers crossed. Do you think it would be ok to do some light PE?

I have suffered the same thing in the past. Take some aspirin and B-vitamins. Also do BTB jelqing and regular light jelqing.

If it’s nerve thing, you should feel tingling in your glans once in a while. It might be some kind of “block” too so you want the blood moving.

Try a little light jelqing. If it feels worse after, or the next day, then stick with rest. If it feels the same or better, light jelqing is OK. Keep monitoring how it responds to the jelqing though, and stop if there are negative effects.

OK guys , many thanks for the support. It has gotten much better and Im now fully certain I will recover completely :D but damn, it did took a few weeks.

Ugh, it either still doesnt feel the same or it has decreased again. No pe for me anymore.

Does anyone know how I can help this healing process, if there is any healing process going on at all.

It will be healing but nerves can take a long time.

There’s evidence to suggest that stimulating nerves helps repair them so maybe some light massage and edging would help ?

How long were you in the clamp? How long have you used clamping as part of your PE routine? Was there anything you did differently with the set or session when the numbness began? I think it’s important if the community can learn from how this happened rather than just the panic takeaway that can come from an injury.

I always use firegoat roalls and massage to keep blood flowing and to keep the tissue soft while healing. I’m not sure how that would help or hurt nerve damage. I hope you recover 110%!
