Hey guys I want to know that how masturbation or sex should be adjusted in a PE routine? Because ejaculations has a little bit effect on gains so when it should be done? Once a week or once in a month? I am confused please help

Masturbate 2-4 times a week, depending on your age. The younger, the more.

Have sex freely, I strongly believe it helps. Just don’t do it on a routine day cause you may have some EQ, your penis may be tired.

It will depend on what exercises compose your PE training. If you are doing any erect exercise, having sex or masturbation (unloading your fluids) right BEFORE start your routine, you could face lack of erection.

I’ve been masturbating once a week, on my rest day (usually saturday, day that I notice I’m at the "horniest peak").

Crikey, this aspect of pe is one i cant deal with!!!! I pe nearly everyday and have sex nearly ever day and nothing will stop me!!! Hehe.
It may hinder (slow) my progress but even that wont stop me after all, that why we have these dangly bits.

But on a side not i NEVER cum before a workout, always after.

Definitely don’t cum before a workout it can’t help. If you cum once in a while after PEing because you got too exited doing so it’s fine, but I do believe that if you don’t cum after it probably helps your gain…but if you manage not cum for a whole month while PEing, your a god !

When It comes to sex, simple…have it !! PE should make you feel better, more confident especially in the bedroom. Enjoy it, that is what your working hard for isn’t it ?

Used to stay 3 to 4 weeks without “unloading” them, it was quite an unique experience. After 2 weeks on hold, there’s no ugly woman and anything was a good excuse to get an erection (random loose erections).

Erections showed to be hard to control while in this method and my stamina was decreased a big time, do not recommend if your goal is to last longer in bed.

Found a balance by masturbating once a week. This way I can calm down, control my stamina and maintain a good EQ.
