Masturbation

I know many people write about masturbation, but it is an important topic. I was wondering if my routine now, which is masturbate at least three times a week and have sex at least twice a week can be continued, or if I need to stop pleasuring myself so much. I usually masturbate an hour or so before sex so that I will last longer with my girl and only masturbate one other time during the week for my own pleasure. I have a problem with pre-mature ejaculation which sucks and I would also like pointers on how to increase my stamina and last longer. Once I insert my penis into my girls vagina, I’m already ready to ejaculate! I need someone who knows what I can do. The last thing I want though would be for any of this to interfere with my PEing.

Also, my penis measures about 5.5 inches in length and 4.5 inches in girth when fully erect. How do you all think I measure up right now? Remember I’m just starting PEing.

Sex and masturbation shouldn’t have much, if any, affect on gains from PE.

Speaking personally, I masturbate pretty much everyday, occaisionally more than once, yet I have still experienced quite good gains since starting.

As for stamina, I expect there are numerous articles if you search for them. One such idea is to become multi-orgasmic. I have not done this yet myself, but if you are really interested then you might want to Research into it.

I play with it about every 30 minutes but stop just before I come. This practice helps you to control the ejaculatory muscles. I still come about 3-4 times a week. Another good way to avoid coming too quickly is to smoke marijuana—because you are relaxed and your blood pressure goes down, you get a bigger erection and also I can keep it up for ages.
