Maybe a dumb question but

Hey, Im new to this PE thing but it seems to be the way to go, Question is what happens whe you stop doing the PE exercises, will you loose what you have gained. Just wondering> Thanks

Not if you take the time and stop correctly. You have to get the gains and get them cemented first, then do a maintenance routine for awhile. But as someone said in the main forum recently, most of us will probably die with our dicks in our hands. :)
