Hi guys.

Can’t understand how to measure NBPEL. Should I include the interval from the pubis about 0,5-1 cm where hair grow so much? There is joint with the testicles which “hides” 0,5-1 cm of length.

Looking long! I have a hard time with NBPEL myself - there are lots of subtle variables in our anatomy. I don’t know if I ever really get a consistent measurement fo NBP, so I have been focusing more on BPEL and just subtracting what I estimate my fat pad to be. Good luck! Feel proud!

Most accurate BP measurement in my opinion is when you hold ruler diagonally or vertically.
If you palpate pubic from top to bottom then you can feel bone near base, but it’s tricky, because bone is quite oval and moreover there is kind of gap closer to penis. In other words we can get different numbers and sometimes people start to dig ruler lower in that gap to get bigger number and it becomes hard to monitor progress such way.

To make it more stable, we can rotate ruler and press across whole bone with edge. Harder to check number, but it’s going to be same size no matter of ruler position.

Hi VampireBat. First of all, what is most important is that you find a consistent way to measure for you. That way you can track your own gains confidently. For me, what seems most reliable is to simply subtract my average fat pad measurement (0.5”) from my BPEL measurement to get my NBPEL (Currently 6.56-0.5=6.06”). I don’t think it’s really the best way to do it, but my weight and fitness are pretty consistent, even as I’ve aged it seems. For other guys, this would be a bad idea, because their weight fluctuates, which greatly impacts fat pad. I may continue to “dick around” with this over the coming months/years though, and find another way to measure NBPEL. There’s just too much variability with that measurement for me, so I don’t emphasize it much.

I do agree with qweqweqad1 that the best way to measure BPEL is with a vertical ruler! I think it’s the only reliable option.

In my experience.

My NBP is just as consistent as my BP.

I prefer to use my NBP cause I am a skinnier guy with less fat lad than the average. My fat pad also differs greatly if I push my pelvis out when measuring or how hard I push. If I want to get max possible I can be an inch or more fat pad. But if I do it causally it’s like .5 inch. My NBP is pretty consistent if my EQ is equal.

Due to nerve damage in my back and pelvic region i am inconsistent.

NBPEL (2 sections - fair centimeters + fat pad):
There are actual measurements on the photos:
18-18.5 cm: fair 17.5 cm penis length + 0.5-1 cm fat pad

Correctly?

BPEL 19.25 cm:
Fair 17.5 + (0.5-1 fp) + (0.75-1.25 the rest BPEL to the pubic bone)

Your rule doesn’t start at zero and you shouldn’t push at all for NBPEL


Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG

I know it so push the rule a bit to count from 0

It doesn’t affect for NBPEL measurement

As proof - 2nd and 4th photos

Without pushing length is identical (-1 to 17)

Thats exactly what i have notice. You will get different number if you dig the ruler lower and different number if you accidentally move the ruler a little higher. And trying to avoid move the ruler up or dig it under the bone i lose my 100% EQ. So holding the ruler vertically is very good, because the ruler does not move and you can read the number fast before you lose EQ.
