TNT took 2 weeks off every 6 weeks but he was doing clamping. For lenghening it doesnt seem so obvious that long rest is required. Why dont you start back already!!?? 6 months is a lot of time man. Are you going to work with manuals again? what makes you think you will gain back again from it if it stopped?

In my case, I stretch like 1 h a day 6 days a week and some jelqing sometimes and i am not gaining….

It’s tempting to start back now but I’ve pretty much committed to a full year. I don’t think it’ll hurt to wait a bit longer. Nothing tells me that I’ll start gaining for sure when I do start back but I’m hoping that the break will make a difference. If I’m only able to get back to where I was at my biggest then I’ll know I’ve hit my max and I’ll just have to be satisfied with it. I plan on just doing manual exercises. That’s the only thing that really ever gave me results. Although I enjoyed hanging and clamping, neither one did anything for me and they are both time consuming.

One year off is a little much. Even a broken bone heals in 3 months.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

How long is a ‘mini’ decon break? I took 10 days off from using my extender. The strange thing is is that my BPFSL decreased by nearly 1cm in that space of time (18.5cm to 17.8cm) but my BPEL has stayed at 7” (17.8cm).

Is that normal? My BPFSL is slowly increasing again, I just thought that was unusual for it to decrease so rapidly but my BPEL to stay about the same.

Maybe to some extent. I’ve had 4 knee surgeries and I know that it feels much better in 3 months but it’s not completely healed up for about a year. If I over work my knee too soon I can start feeling some pain but after about a year, I can pretty much abuse it without any residual pain. I figure it may be similar with my penis. I want to make sure that everything inside is back to a fresh non-aggravated state. I guess I’m kind of hoping to see gains similar to the newbie gains I got when I first started. We’ll see, and I’ll post regularly when I start back.
