Minimum amount of time needed for some gains

In my younger days I used to jelq abit and use a bathmate but was never consistent enough to see gains.
Now I am older with a family and job etc I get very little time to do any PE whatsoever. I wanted to get back into jelqing and clamping with my hands (forgot what it was called) but want to do the minimum amount to get gains.
I appreciate that doing the minimum will likely result in fewer gains and may take longer, but I feel the less I need to do, the more consistent I can be.
In my head I was thinking 5 minutes daily in the shower, maybe up to 10 minutes if I get time. Is that enough to see any gains whatsoever if done over the span of a number of months/years?
