In my younger days I used to jelq abit and use a bathmate but was never consistent enough to see gains.

Now I am older with a family and job etc I get very little time to do any PE whatsoever. I wanted to get back into jelqing and clamping with my hands (forgot what it was called) but want to do the minimum amount to get gains.

I appreciate that doing the minimum will likely result in fewer gains and may take longer, but I feel the less I need to do, the more consistent I can be.

In my head I was thinking 5 minutes daily in the shower, maybe up to 10 minutes if I get time. Is that enough to see any gains whatsoever if done over the span of a number of months/years?

I don’t have the experience of those here, but that minimal amount of time isn’t likely to result in any changes. You might get soreness from it, but no growth. It’s sort of like asking if you can straighten your teeth by pushing on one or two teeth, 5-10 minutes a day. I’ve got 3 kids and a wife too and it’s not easy to find time. I have a 45 minute commute every day to work, so I wear my extenders and sometimes even a pump while I’m driving (totally would advise against doing that, but it’s mainly highway driving). I also close my door at lunch and pump or extend there.

At that level you “may” get some gains. I’d let your wife know what you’re doing. Keeping your penis healthy. Maybe she can free up some time for you.

How is your commute to work and back home? Do you have some privacy at work?
My suggestion is (its only a suggestion):
Morning shower (point the water at your member and once is warmed up then either pump or jelq. Wear the stretcher during the commute (if possible, wear it at work. I used to wear Monkey Bars ADS mostly wrapped around my waist). At lunch do some kind of PE if you have privacy. When going for a pee do some stretches , jais, “helicopter swings”…. After work if taking another shower try to repeat morning routine. I will add this lol it sounds funny but the gains…the gains lol :D ….. ok on some occasions i was pulling back my member between the cheeks and let it stay there as i was doing my daily stuff but it only works when standing up. Like wearing an ADS but no risk of getting caught. Try it.

Tell your wife, as Titleist said. It’s nothing to be ashamed of.

Tell her you want to increase your erection quality for her, and it also has the added benefit of size over time. You can do a solid routine including warmup in 30 min to start. You could split that up into two 15 min sessions a day as well.

But the relief of your wife knowing is priceless. Plus they all want boob jobs, tummy tucks, face lifts, or whatever else eventually.. you wanting a bigger or healthier penis is no different.

The negative stigma surrounding male enhancement is honestly ridiculous. Especially considering how when women enhance themselves it’s encouraged or celebrated. It should be the same for us men.

Anyway, sorry for the rant. My advice, tell your wife, haha. If not, two stealth 15 min sessions a day can easily be performed.
