Although it is hard to say if sparse gains will be equivalent to the gains of a routine, I can tell you that you will still gain (with enough time.) I gained over an inch my first few months with sparse PEing, 2-3 times a week. But you have to put in enough time to work it out. Stretching while you are in the shower, and 10 minutes of jelqing 2-3 days a week would definetly make your penis an ample amount healthier.

This will help you with better penis health, but will not optimise your gains. I do however, think you will still gain a little from this, just not as much as you could if you stuck to a routine.
